The Man
Dairy Queen in Fayetteville always hits the spot when I’m craving some comfort food. The chicken tenders, fries, and toast are always delicious – crispy, hot, and full of flavor. Everything tastes fresh, and they never disappoint when it comes to quality. Whether I’m grabbing lunch or dinner, the food here always satisfies.
The only downside is that the drive-thru can be pretty slow at times. There have been occasions where I’ve had to wait a bit longer than expected to place an order, though it’s not every visit. Once the food’s in hand, though, it’s worth the wait, especially when it’s this good.
Overall, this Dairy Queen is one of my go-to spots in Fayetteville. The great food and service definitely outweigh the occasional long line.

My husband, myself, and our two kids stopped in on our way through to eat. We paid $45 for all of our food and it was not worth even a penny. All of our fries were stale. The drink machine in the lobby had no ice, when we asked if the girls at the counter could fill our cups with ice they looked at us as if we were crazy but the did put ice in our cups. We used the drink machine in the lobby to fill our drinks and the cherry coke was pure coke syrup. The Dr. Pepper was pure flat. So we yet again had to ask the girls behind the counter to just fill all of our drinks up. I proceeded to go to the women’s restroom. There was urine all around the commode lid. The toilet tissue was not even i side of the holder. It was laying down on the dirty nasty floor. They were not busy either. We were the only people there & the employees just stood around. Worst experience I’ve ever had!

Much as you would expect from a dairy queen. The location is right off of Highway 19 with easy on easy off access. They were well staffed. The restaurant was clean and all of the staff were very friendly. The order came out promptly, and correct. I had no concerns and would visit this location again.

Took my nephew out for dessert for his 8th birthday we waited about 37 min and saw others getting their orders before is so I went up and the lady asked what was wrong rudely and I said we haven’t even gotten our order all we got was two small blizzards so she waited for another girl to be clocked in and we waited another 15 min for our ice cream. Thankfully he was happy but there’s no reason for people to wait that long for two small blizzards. This place needs better employees and management

Only time I’ve ever gotten a blizzard here that last 3 times the machine was broken. They refused to turn upside down, even though the sign states upside down or the next one is on us. The worst service ever, and worst food. If you like Dairy Queen just find a different location to purchase it from, even if it’s further down the road the drive will be the same amount of time after you wait the 1 hour to get a runny blizzard. This would be a great place to put a Dairy Queen lol
Editing to add another experience, my husband drug me here today, because he wanted to see if the machine to make blizzards was still down, surprisingly it wasn’t. First time ever to have a blizzard in 5+ visits trying to obtain a blizzard. With that being said we waited inside the restaurant (in line, with only 2 people in front of us)for 30 minutes before they even took his order. I had no faith in a blizzard being produced, so only my husband ordered anything at all. We watched the drive thru fill up and empty 10 cars before even glancing at the customers inside their dining area. Watched the girl behind the counter drop a dish onto the floor pick it up and use it for someone’s food. The workers seemed to be moving frantically with no organization whatsoever. 4 people working, one was in the back, 3 in the front. 2 working the drive thru exclusively and one that was cleaning, and taking orders every 30 minutes for dine in customers. For one small blizzard it took nearly an hour to get. A woman waiting for a mobile order for 30 minutes once she arrived, and only when she brought up to the worker she had a mobile order and had been waiting for so long was she even acknowledged in this restaurant.

Busy, busy location! The ladies and gentlemen that work in this store were busy the entire time we waited as well as preparing or meals. The ice cream was perfectly prepared and proper portions.

Food, service and atmosphere were all good. However, the small sundae and the pretzels with cheese queso dip are not 2 for $5, as listed on the menu. Management is making employees charge over $1 extra for the cheese queso dip. False advertising on the menu.

I went through the drive thru yesterday. I ordered a cheeseburger. They had no lettuce, no onion, no tomato. So I had to order it plain. Then I asked for a chocolate ice cream cone. They didn’t have and chocolate ice cream either. Don’t guess I’ll be back. Guess I’ll go to McDonald’s or Burger King next time. Smh
