I’ve been a patron of this Dairy Queen for quite sometime and have never been disappointed until last night 2/18/22. We decided to get some treats and when I arrived home I found my blizzard cup with hole in the side covered with a second cup. How am I to know how it happened? Did the mixing machine cause it? Maybe? Or was it something else? The blizzard wasn’t turned upside down either when they were ready at the window. Training issue? Not sure if I’ll be going back.

I got a large ice cream cone, a normal large is about the size of a dollar bill standing up with that said the one I got was only 3 inches tall. That’s not fair.

Food is good, overpriced but it’s good. However, this store in particular, I’ve been going to for a long time and they have a really big problem of ringing you up for a 6 piece box, and giving you a 4 piece box, this wouldn’t be a problem if it wasn’t every single time I come here, and the price difference is like $3 per box. They really need to get better with that. Other than them skimping on food, it’s not a bad place to eat.

We don’t go often because they are so expensive. So when we pay for a medium blizzard it shouldn’t have less in it than the small ones we ordered. They generally are not super friendly and you often have to wait, even when the employees are packed in there like a can of sardines, because they are in there goofing off with each other. Grateful they are here when the seasonal ice cream stands are closed but definitely not our preferred place to go.

I ordered a cookie dough blizzard and it was HORRIBLE. They didn’t mix it up at all so I just had to eat plain vanilla ice cream until I got to the very bottom. The cookie dough was disgusting and even had a little poop in it. I couldn’t even eat any cookie dough without almost throwing UP. I would rather eat a mango with mustard. I will NEVER come here again..

Heath department needs to shut this place down with the mold in the coolers, ice machine, back of the sink, behind the equipment, open drain pipes with mold, dead mice in the ceiling, serving ends of banana in milkshake that has bug crawling all over them.

I had the chicken tenders meal; chicken and fries were cooked properly with the right amount of salt on the fries. The hot fudge sundae was very good and not too sweet.

Almost everyday I use to get a chocolate cup of ice cream with cone dip and sprinkles supposably theyre not allowed to do that anymore. The woman manager told me that even though everybody else does do it. She’s also very rude everytime and was rude about that situation. I stopped going their as much just because of her.
