Took 20 minutes to get a mobile order while 5 different employees were just standing around talking. And this is the SECOND time I’ve gotten the chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard and they’ve made the ice cream flavor chocolate instead of vanilla like it’s always been.
At 15 minutes I asked if my order was ready because they only handed out my blizzard, they said “oh we only saw the blizzard” so they had to go look up the order again and then make it.

I waited in the drive through about 30 minutes before actually ordering. And then another 15 minutes after ordering to get my food. I thought it was a safe assumption that my food would be at least warm. No. All of that time and my fries taste like they were cooked in the microwave and on top of that they’re COLD. And never mind whatever that is on top of my box. Oh, and thank you for the single napkin. Next time I’ll drive the extra miles to N. Queen St. because they would never do this!

The restaurant was clean, and the service was friendly. It was my first time eating an actual meal at DQ, and it wasn’t bad. I’d put it somewhere between McDonald’s and Wendy’s. It won by convenience for being attached to an interstate gas station

Been going here awhile and thought they finally got management that knew how to make sure they had quality control. However this location has fallen back into its old ways of shorting their customers of food. I ordered a large 6 piece chicken strip basket with two ranch dips and when I received it I only had 4 strips(which they only sell 3 and 6 piece) and no buttered toast. So I can only conclude that whoever is at the food prep can not do simple math or count to 10 and would rather screw their customers of the food they paid for. I now know to always check the box/bag I order from here to make sure they don’t do this again, because I refuse to drive 30mins back out from my house to get the 2 other strips and the toast I paid for.

I will never give this dairy queen my business again. i ordered a mother’s day cake last week(chocolate peanut butter blizzard cake) and got called the morning of saying it wouldn’t be ready until later than i had planned. i switched to a regular ice cream cake and asked for “happy mother’s day” to be written on it. i go in, pay for a larger cake than expected, then refunded for the amount of the smaller cake. when i was given my cake i was severely taken aback and i was absolutely speechless. it looked like a child had written “happy mother’s day” on it. i had to go to walmart and purchase separate items to attempt to fix it. i didn’t say anything at the moment i received my cake because i was so livid i had to bite my tongue. when i got home, my dad called, complained, and then the lady on the phone said that i said that it was ok. i didn’t, the other lady purchasing a cake said that. i dont appreciate the staff member being as rude as they were on the phone. i called ahead for the purpose of having a nice cake made for my mother, not for them to throw it together last minute and actually sell me a cake that could have been much better than it was.

Asked for a mint m&m blizzard with chocolate ice cream AND extra mint and extra m&ms. What you see is the result. Where’s the mint? Where’s the m&ms?
Also asked for a large cheesecake one. Got a medium. Was told that’s what was in the computer so that’s what I get. Didn’t fix the problem.
