Placed an order in the app that was supposed to be ready at 9:45 last night, got to the building at 9:45 and it was closed even though the hours say they close at 10 pm. Got a small Blizzard, and was half liquid by the time I got it thru the drive thru… Other than that the staff was great. If your main product is going to be ice cream, maybe don’t serve people half melting ice cream… will go across the street at McDonalds from now on.

Not like the DQ of OLD! Food was so-so, especially the hot dogs(and no footlongs!)!! Onion rings were really good but only got 4 or 5 per order!! Also, everything is a bit PRICEY and not really worth it.

Kudos to Dairy Queen in Madison Heights for providing a beautiful ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. I want to give a shot out to Jared, the cake decorator and to the two sweet ladies; Lindsay and Caroline for superb customer service and being so nice. Tonight, I watched one customer go back in for a complaint and one speed off from the drive-thru line due to the length while I was in line for a mobile order. I’m all for expecting quality and getting what you pay for, but when I visit a fast food restaurant in the middle of a continuing pandemic where staffing shortages are present almost everywhere, I am patient as I know others may not be. When I got to the window, the girl gave me my Blizzards and saw my pup stick his head out of the window. She could’ve easily ignored him, but asked, “Would you like a pup cup?” We excitedly took her up on the offer and as you can see, my canine thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks, Madison Heights DQ crew, for your kindness on a busy Thursday night!
