This is the better of the two DQ’s in Abingdon by far. From the food, to the staff interactions to the time frame the food is prepared. The dining room is well maintained also.

This was by far the WORST Dairy Queen I’ve had the misfortune to visit. The woman working the register was not friendly, but the main issue was the food. The burgers were literally inedible. I took a few bites of mine & threw it away. A coworker who was with me smelled the burger, pulled off the meat patty & ate a lunch of bread, pickles & ketchup. I would definitely NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Can someone explain to me why I constantly have to wait 20+ minutes on food when doing a mobile order here? Order…park, people through drive through get food first. Meanwhile I sit there and its some form of excuse constantly. Does management care? Clearly not. Can I get the sauces I ordered too or is that too much to ask for? I’ll start going to the one on the other end of town.

I have stopped here many times and have always had good service, but tonight I decided to go in to order because the drive thru was packed, at the time when I walked in,I was the only one in the restaurant, I stood at the front register for a couple of minutes and then I met “Todd” the most unenthused person I have ever met. He came to the register without greeting looking down while slowly taking his gloves off, then just looked up with no response. After ordering my last item which was a drink he slung his arms around asking “small medium or large, you have to tell me”. At this point I was holding myself back from blowing up. I know these times are frustrating and lack of help and dealing with restrictions can cause allot of stress, but customers are very important and one bad employee can drive them away forever. I thought maybe it was just me, but while filling my drink a another customer was talking about how rude and arrogant he was.

Summed up they messed up our order. didnt even give us a bun on the 1st hamburger they messed and the bun for the 2nd well you can see. The guy who was at the window was acting like he was losing his mind just cause we said he got our order wrong. Absolutely awful, waste of money.

Went through the drive thru for lunch took about 15 minutes or so to get through the line to the window. Food was good with the exception of 1 onion ring (tough skin). Not a place to visit if you’re in a hurry or on a time schedule

Staff very friendly and quick to get my order. Friendly and inviting, and one of the cleanest restaurants in the area I’ve had the privilege to visit. Highly recommend and the food was wonderful. Love my experience and plan to be back again. Thanks for the quick and lovely experience! So this is by FAR the WORST DQ we have in the area. Any of you out of towners driving through, don’t even waste your time. Go to the other one up the street if you HAVE TO. That one’s not good either, but it’s better than this one. I ordered one thing. A medium strawberry cheesecake blizzard with 5 FIVE extra scoops of cheesecake bc they don’t ever put any in it, paid 70 some cents for each scoop. Almost $11 for it. When I get it, there’s no cheesecake in it at all. NOT ONE BITE OF IT. I thought maybe they forgot, so I asked the MANAGER & immediately she gave me an attitude. My cousin was with me, so she was a witness to it. She told me she put NINE SCOOPS in it, which is a total lie. She told me, they were at the bottom. When I showed her they weren’t she said, “they probably got ground up”. Makes no sense bc why would you give me ground up soup? If I’m ordering it for the cheesecake, u can see there’s none in it. It didn’t grind up however, bc that’s not possible. They’re whole pieces of cubed cheese cake. It wasn’t ground to death, it just wasn’t in there. Her solution was to just eat it, & it was crystal clear she wasn’t doing a damn thing about it. I go to sit down to just deal with it bc I didn’t want to start anything, & the tables are FILTHY. Not wiped at all, sticky, food on the floors, etc. My cousin got food, a burger, fries, and chicken tenders. She said all of it tasted horrible. I just wanted to leave this here to say I will NEVER be going back to this nasty place again, & neither should anyone else as long as that woman is manager. Do better at holding your stores to a higher standard DQ. You have enough $$$$ to do so. I have a video, but it will only let me do photos.
