I’ve been going to this Dairy Queen for a few years now, the best way to describe it is it’s like the Chic fil a of burgers.
It is always clean and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The napkins are large and soft unlike most restaurants these days where the little napkin smells and feels like it was recycled the day before.
Their burgers and hotdogs are some of the best in fast food. Their ice cream and blizzards need no introduction, simply the best.
I never miss a chance to get a burger and a blizzard when I’m in the area, highly recommend!

Went through the drive thru and got a large Oreos blizzard tonight. The order was for triple extra Oreo. Got home and started eating it. I quickly noticed that it hardly had any Oreo at all. I dished it into a bowl and you can tell from the video that there was definitely not triple Oreo, let alone maybe the single scoop. This has been very common with this location lately. I ask for extra and never get it. Very disappointing that I’m paying for something I’m not getting.

Dairy Queen at Landstown Virginia, truly went above and beyond today. I ordered through DoorDash and an item I wanted wasn’t available, but they kindly swapped it for me without any issues. Whoever helped me was so nice and sweet—possibly a manager, but either way, their customer service was amazing. Thank you for such a great experience! Would definitely order again!

For fast food the eatery is top notch. Don’t expect anything more than fast food and ice cream treats. But the place is clean. If you’re eating inside after placing your order they give you a table number and bring your food when it’s ready. And if you want ice cream and a meal they let you order and hold off on the ice cream until you’re ready for it. Every employee was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though we’re not exactly local we will return next time we are in the area.

I haven’t been to DQ for about a year now. This place did not disappoint at all. I didn’t realize in the Hampton roads area that there aren’t that many DQ spots that serves burgers and fries. All the other smaller DQ restaurants only served desert, hot dogs and chicken fingers. When you first walk in you are greeted by the workers and they make you feel welcome. The restaurant was really clean and I know why. The cashiers on their free time will come around and clean the chairs and tables. Other than that I enjoyed my meal and Oreo blizzard.

This is the best Dairy Queen in the 757 and it’s not even close. All the food is fresh, great prompt service, and clean bathrooms. Cheese curds here remind me of Wisconsin. Chicken tenders are also top notch. Don’t go anywhere else, come to this Dairy Queen.

On October 22 around 620 pm I ordered a chocolate ice cream cone dipped in chocolate. I was brought a vanilla ice cream cone dipped in chocolate. I told them I didn’t order vanilla and was told by the person who brought it to me that chocolate ice cream was not available. They didn’t offer a refund or another item. My husband ended up eating it so it didn’t go to waste. But I don’t eat vanilla ice cream and didn’t get a treat on my date with my husband.
