F’burg Foodie
This is a brand new DQ location, I think they just opened a week ago. They’re still trying to work out the kinks, but overall, they’re on track to getting there. Our visit was met with all the normal “new restaurant” issues that come up (training, figuring things out, lack of efficiency, etc), but nothing that can’t be overcome, as long as management stays tuned in.
As for the visit – The service provided was friendly and helpful. The young lady working the cashier was very attentive and did probably the best job of everyone we encountered. The food was pretty good. Their burgers were tasty, chili dog was great, fries were good too. The Blizzards were just OK, mostly because they didn’t have a good ratio of the peppermint bark inside it, so it was slightly bland.
Overall – We’re happy they’re here and we’ll definitely return.

We were super excited to hear this finally opened. We had a pretty hefty drive thru order and thought they would ask us to pull forward and wait. To our surprise, they didnt. I tried the sweet chilli chicken tenders, my husband had one of the burgers, and my son got the plain chicken tenders. Everything was pretty good and what we expected from a DQ. Our son tried his first DQ vanilla cup and loved it. They did forget the bottled water but we didn’t even notice until were home and halfway through or meal.

Well it’s a new location but I’ve been to other locations but to sum things up I purchased 3 tenders with fries and a double deluxe first I live 4 minutes away and my tenders and fries are Luke warm had to warm them up in the microwave fries were a little greasy but tasty. Now my burger was great only problem was the onion slice that was on there it was huge like it was supposed to be used for fried onion rings sliced way to thick for a sandwich but I removed it and it was good. So my problem was my foods temperature. If it was hot it would’ve been 4 stars.

Went on Saturday at around 10pm. I was super excited for this location to open. I am no longer excited it’s here. My partner and I both got blizzards, they were made right away and handed to us, we got to the car and opens the lids and it was like soup. I know the machines that make the soft serve can go kinda runny if it’s busy…It was not. My partners blizzard tasted like fried grease (not a crazy amount just enough were it was noticeable on some bites with lots of toppings.) So I’m guessing they had started to clean out the frier and maybe not changed their gloves? I’m not someone to make a complaint or ask for a manger. But I should have here, this was so disappointing.

When I went it was not the best because they’re should’ve waited to open with experienced staff to train and cook for their grande opening. The food was ok but I’ve had much better. Give them a shot their nice polite and courteous. Maybe I came on the wrong day but there’s room to improve. Ill give them another shot to impress me with only the service the food I’ll chalk it up to it being a rush order but I’ll try again wasn’t horrible just room for improvement.

Came with family and ordered a bunch of frozen treats later in the evening. During our time sitting and waiting for our food, all we saw were the employees yelling at each other and making and eating their own food. After approaching after 20 minutes, the employees just started working on our order as they did not notice that we had even placed an order that we did at the register. Definitely not a place to go for a quick stop.

i got a cheeseburger with onion rings and a oreo blizzard. the food was good but the ranch was watery and wasn’t enjoyable, i asked for lettuce on my burger and there was barely any on it i had to lift the bun to make sure they put some. onion rings were crispy and were good and everything else was good

Brand new location. Offers military discount. Staff learning but still quick. I spent about 1 minute or less with paying and receiving my item. And staff was polite. Soon as I seen the sign wife knew I was in trouble because the only think keeping me from eating dq was lack of dq nearby………

The last 2 times ive come through for some ice cream for myself and others, my blast was missing the add-ons I paid for. I understand yall just opened and should be training, that’s why I didn’t bother after the 1st incident. But now after a 2nd time of paying for stuff im not receiving, it’s unacceptable, especially at the prices being charged-$1.09 per add-on (x4 in total = $4.36). Now im worried to try again and again not get what I paid for, so will most likely just go back to going to Sonic next door for ice cream.

Stopped in for lunch and was very pleased at the quality of the service. Burger and fries were nice and hot, the potatoes were crispy and the meat was juicy. Store was clean and service was quick!
