We had an amazing experience at this Dairy Queen! The store was spotlessly clean and the atmosphere felt welcoming and bright. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, they made the whole visit enjoyable.
We loved browsing all the take home treats like Dilly Bars, delicious ice cream cakes, and other frozen desserts. Plus, their menu is full of exciting seasonal meals. Whether you’re stopping by for a Blizzard, picking up a cake, or grabbing a quick meal, this location has it all.

So I got 4 of their cupcakes cakes and took them home as a birthday surprise and when my husband and I ate one we realized there was no fudge in the middle like there is supposed to be.
I figured it be no big deal to call and tell them that they were made wrong and see if they could make them the right way. I’m not a confrontational person at all so I felt awful calling in the first place and I was apologizing. Well when I called the lady on the phone proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that she can’t do anything to fix it because then they’d be wasting the food. Mind you I PAID for these they should be made correctly. She then proceeded to tell me she can put fudge on the top of them if there “isn’t enough to my liking” at this point I offered to bring them back and show them that it’s literally not there. She said that they probably mixed the fudge and the crunchies together, that’s also not the case. It is 100% not there and I feel like that’s a big part of this dessert so you’d know if it was there or not. Over all she was very rude and didn’t fix a mistake that I had no control over, it was a very unpleasant conversation that could’ve been easily fixed. The fact she kept telling me I was wrong and there is no way they messed them up, implying I’m lying, when i offered to drive them back to the store was extremely unprofessional. Overall I will not be back, due to the staff and unwillingness to make a problem right when they messed it up in the first place.

Nice and clean. Cozy. Small outdoor seating area. Food was freshly made. Very good burger and fries, oh of course the ice cream! Didnt care much for the fountain drink though but the tea was good. Restroom was clean & staff was friendly. Good place to stop for a burger or just an ice cream treat.

The cashier would not let us sub a dipped cone for a small sundae on the meal deal, she said it had to be like the menu said. Ok, I get corporate rules, I’ll eat the sundae. You can have one topping on the sundae, I asked for hot fudge. I got chocolate syrup, hot fudge is on the menu but she’s running out of fudge sauce so she can substitute but I can’t. Hmm. I had to wonder , wouldn’t it be better to just dip the cone when you realize you’re out of fudge? No, make a customer unhappy instead. Also, take a jacket because it’s always freezing in there.

Do NOT get the sauced tenders delivered. Sauce was all in the bag, all over the box, and got all over my other food. They shoved everything in a small baggy and all of it was sticky.

Ordered just tonight and I’m so dissatisfied. Husband ordered saucy chicken strips and they came plain. I ordered white gravy and got a cup of warm milk instead. Shouldn’t charge so much if you’re going to get it so wrong.
