Was really hoping the food would have been better. Combos are expensive for what you get. Blizzards are always solid but definitely not cheap!

This was a little tricky. We went thru the drive thru around 7/7:30 Saturday evening and the young lady at the window taking our order didn’t know what chopped nuts were. So it sort of stressed her out a little bit. We told her not to worry and just make it a hot fudge sundae. But with this being something on the menu someone inside should have been able to assist her with that.

We are on vacation, celebrating my nephews birthday and we went across the street to the Dairy Queen in Ocean City 11401 Coastal Highway A. The cake looked like a 3 year old wrote on it and spelled birthday (birtday). I called and asked for a refund, they were very rude and said I have to bring it back to get it fixed. They refused to give a refund and if 16 is the legal age to work there surely somebody in that building knows how to spell the word birthday. $30 for this. Insane and very unprofessional. The manager refused to get on the phone. We will continue to send this to corporate or whoever will listen and refund our $

A group of 14 came to the DQ on 11401 coastal highway at 8:20 and they close at 9:30. Once we ordered he told us we couldn’t stay because he already cleaned. It was actually the quickest service we’ve ever had but it would have been nice to be able to stay inside because it was raining and 40 degrees!!!!! Horrendous!!!

I found my experience quite concerning, I asked with a clear voice for rainbow sprinkles and a medium size. Turns out, I got none of it. Made me pay 2 extra whopping dollars for something I asked for in the first place. Do better and please try to listen to your customers more because I felt unheard and made me upset. I struggle coming to get ice cream sometimes and I will never be coming here again.

I just went in here for an ice cream cone. I watched the kid in the kitchen making the cones and he was touching everything in the kitchen and touching his pants and touching his hat. Then the kid in the kitchen making the cones, took his bare hand and put it into the chocolate sprinkles and put them all over my cone. There is zero need for that. You flop a cone down onto the chocolate sprinkles, then you roll it around and you use a spoon to spoon them over it. Nobody’s bare hands should be going into the chocolate sprinkle bin. Then the kid gave me a big attitude when I said I didn’t want it. Then, the girl at the register, bless her heart, asked me if I would like her to make it instead. I said, what’s the difference? He just had his hands digging around in the chocolate sprinkles. I said has he been doing that all day?. Probably, I said. So no, I want my money back. When all this was said and done, I guarantee you the manager who was on the phone so I can get my refund didn’t say anything to them about changing out the sprinkles either. Maybe I’m over exaggerating, but honestly, I did not like the cleanliness of the employees in this place whatsoever.

Dairy Queen is always a great place for food and so many different kinds of Ice Cream and Blizzard treats. Very clean restaurant and Super friendly Service. Fresh tasty food
