It’s surprising the reviews aren’t higher. The store is finally open for consistent business hours. Every time my wife and I have gone there the orders have been taken and received in reasonable time. The Food is good, the ice cream cones are fresh, the blizzards are great. Staff is friendly and try their best. It’s lovely. Wish they’d extend the front of the store out another 10 foot so there was some breathing room at the counter. But overall, I like this dairy queen, very happy it’s open again.

The soft serve ice cream was delicious. You could get it in three sizes with a cake cone to match, or if preferred, a plastic cup.
Service was reasonably quick though the shop was busy both inside and in drive thru. Inside the shop is a quite narrow passageway between the 4 or so indoor tables and the counter area making it feel more crowded than it was. It was not clear where to stand in line to order. Also, people who were waiting for orders were also having to stand in this cramped area.
But the staff member who assisted us was very courteous and got us everything we needed.

This little gem is the place to be! Delicious food, friendly workers, and good location… I’m happy to introduce my children to DQ and the joy of Blizzards.
Our burgers and chicken tenders hit the spot after a proper Saturday morning of manual labor. The Cheese Deluxe Double was the best fast food burger I’ve had in a long time. We’ll be back! ✨✨

Was excited the store opened back up but can we please get some consistency???? I knew I should have opened the order before leaving. Got the drink wrong and had to change it, and then asked for extra gravy for my chicken basket. Welp, I didn’t need it because it basically looks like I got 3 nuggets and my toast is missing too.
The only thing right in a $40 order is the cake I bought because it’s already made. How hard is it to make an order without mistakes?? It wasn’t even busy and I was the only one in drive thru.

Glad to see they’ve reopened under new management. They make the cookie dough blizzard the way it should be made.
On another occasion I got a medium cup of vanilla with rainbow sprinkles and the sprinkles were sparse.
Finally, if you’re in the drive-thru, expect a wait because it’s DQ. If you can’t wait, you can go inside since it’s open. I’ve visited multiple times since they’ve reopened and the service is improving.

Love the newly renovated Dairy Queen under new management along with their hard working staff!!! Went their on a Sunday early evening so it was busy. Very friendly, Clean, fast service, hot and delicious. Had been going to this location since I graduated from High School. Was due for major renovations, glad it finally happened. Wonderful redo! Wishing you all great new success!!!

So glad the Odenton Dairy Queen reopened. The new staff is top notch – active, polite and providing very prompt service (crowd size permitting) .
Same great DQ menu – food isn’t all greasy like the 2 nearby fast food establishments. It seems less processed, although it’s still fast food.
The only thing taking the review down a notch this last visit (2nd visit since they’ve reopened) was they didn’t mix the Creamsicle milkshake enough. Unfortunately that also revealed it is made with some powdered flavoring (not what I expected) because there was an insoluble glob of flavoring in the bottom of the cup as well as little beads that were sucked up the straw and burst into powder in my mouth.And it wasn’t good pixie-stix type powder.

Terrible experience. Food was bland, and the service was downright rude. My large order was missing two items, and when I called, the staff member was so unprofessional another person had to step in.
When my daughters went inside to get the missing food, they were ignored despite being polite. The stares and attitude made us feel completely unwelcome.
No respect, no kindness, no professionalism. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers.

This place is always fantastic when we stop by! The fries are amazing and the drive thru service is always friendly. It’s usually an older woman when we visit and she’s always terrific!!!
