Sat in the drive through of a FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT for well over thirty minutes watching over 5 employees just standing around doing nothing at all but talking and laughing I beep the horn to ask what the problem is and explain we’ve been there for thirty minutes she proceeds no you’ve only been here 7 mins I asked immediately for manager sent someone by the name of kenz to the window who was very disrespectful and rude oh well what you want ya money back . Uhm no ma’am the food I ordered that I sat waited and paid for . They sat their another few minutes talking and laughing finally gave me my food . This is the third bad experience I’ve had with this DQ in particular . Pick better employees and management people that actually want to work instead of talk shit while paying customers are waiting for the food they paid for , DO BETTTER NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE BACK

I swung by Dairy Queen during a recent motorcycle ride, looking for a quick bite. The food was exactly what you’d expect from a well-known national chain, reliable and satisfying. What really made the visit memorable was the outstanding customer service. The cashier and staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, which isn’t always guaranteed on the road. I’ll definitely be pulling in again next time I’m cruising through the area.

Great customer service!! In passing convo I said i was allergic to bananas(i know..bananas) cashier suggested a Banana split, no banana. I got a pineapple split! It was delicious.

I hate to complain because this DQ has good customer service and the wait isnt long at the drive thru but my kids have complained about the cheese curds being over cooked and they havent tasted the same the past couple of times we have been there they say they are too crispy hopefully this changes in the future

Usually DQ is my preferred place to get a burger, but today that ended.
I don’t know who or what made my sandwich but it had the appearance and consistency of an old used tire with sloppy garbage dumped on it.
Half a pint of Mayo didn’t improve the situation…. The burger was hyper nuked, and was as appetizing as old rubber. The orange disk in place of where a tomato is supposed really classed it up.
Bye bye DQ, forever.

My dad & I made quick stop to get something to eat cuz we happened to be there waiting for traffic lights to change. The service we got was so good. This is where they put FAST in front of Food. By the time I turned away to get my drink after paying, they were already standing there to give me our order. Loved it.
