Today I visited this location and ordered two dipped cones. I went through the drive-through to get them. There was a person in front of me ordering so I was waiting in my turn. I noticed the girl working the window handed him out two dipped cones. Apparently there was an issue because he refused them, and she took them back in the window. She must have had more problems with his order because it took him several minutes to get it straight to get his food. When I pull up to the window, I handed her my debit card for my payment what she took and then she handed in my card back in my receipt. Then she proceeded to hand me to the sloppiest ice cream conesI have seen in my 65 years of life. Apparently, the two dipped cones we have seen go out to window the much earlier we’re given to us. I complain to the girl boy. These are very sloppy melting all over the place her answer or her solution to the problem was to offer me more napkins. I did not tell her what was on my mind, but I just left not wanting to cause a Confrontation. It will be a long time if ever before I go back To that location.

The Millsboro location was Packed on a Saturday night! Line out the door, the employee Nilynn was taking orders with a smile reguardless of how busy it was and all the workers in the back were working in SYNC, clean tables and floors. This is exemplary of what Dairy Queen should run like.

Loved those cheese curds! My first time having them was in Madison, Wisconsin. I thought I would never have them again since I live in Southern Delaware. Stopped at the Dairy Queen located in Millsboro, Delaware and guess what…. they had them on the menu. They were awesome tasting!

Trying to get in and out of this place is a nightmare. I mean complete disaster. There is usually a long line at the drive-through, especially on Tuesdays when they have the car club shows. It is cool to see if you like older cars. The food is definitely better than most fast food places, but be prepared to wait. The staff and / or service is hit or miss. I have experienced both. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, and I will return again.

I have just one problem. If a customer orders meals and ice cream and you make the ice cream ahead of time, put it in the freezer. Or just wait for the food to be almost done before starting the ice cream.

Great ice cream, blizzards & ice cream cakes. Great food too! Best burgers around! Forget the other day food places…. These not only taste better… You get much more value for your buck! They also have chicken tenders and other goodies… Awesome prices that won’t break the bank!

We walked in and 2 girls, workers, are chatting at the register. I was standing at the other register as the one girl walked away. I really thought that was the pick up spot. Not totally sure but given what I saw later the one who walked away worked at the register I was standing.
The one left at the register never said anything like ‘ I can help you here or that register is not open I can help you here.’ You know saying something a employee would might say to a customer. She just stood there with a smirk on her face.
Placed the order and what my daughter got made me glad I didn’t leave a tip.

If it wasn’t for the fact that I like Dairy Queen’s ice cream I would never go back.
The job isn’t that hard, grow up girls unless that is how you plan to spend your future.

An after school treat for the kids once a month. Small blizzards and hot fudge sundae. If gave DQ a 4 star rating because they were skimpy on the hot fudge. Covid-19 protocols are in place. Seating is available outside only.

The workers make this place better. A bit run down dining room, but great ice cream. Didn’t eat food, just ice cream. Look online or on app for great specials. Parking lot is a little tight, but you might be able to find street parking, or just drive thru (they have that, too).
