Got an ice cream cake. It looks good on the outside. But the inside is sad. Open big open places. Chocolate ice cream is very thin. Chocolate crunchies fall out and all over. just sad. Not what I remember ice cream cakes to be from DQ.

This was the 3rd time Spencer took care of me and my family. He always goes out of his way to deliver the best customer experience! Dairy Queen really hit a home run getting Spencer on the team. I truly hope they’re taking care of him every way possible.

I usually enjoy Dairy Queen, but my recent visit to the Plains, PA location was really disappointing. Our Blizzards weren’t even turned upside down—which honestly would’ve been the least of the issues. What we were served was already melted, and instead of proper lids, they had cups placed on top, which didn’t contain the mess once we removed them. Ice cream spilled everywhere.
To make it worse, the bananas in the strawberry banana Blizzard were brown and mushy—not even close to fresh. When we brought all this to their attention, they didn’t offer to remake them or do anything to make it right.
Unfortunately, this experience has us thinking twice about returning to this location.

I ordered the seven dollar meal deal. I upgraded for two dollars to get the small blizzard. Everything was outstanding, everybody was friendly and the food was better than local fast food chains. The blizzard was perfect and it had lots of peanut buttercups in it.

Closed? My kids had been asking to go to DQ forever. I was disappointed to find out it was closed. Luckily it’s only a 30 minute drive to Clark’s Summit if you can catch 81 north without traffic. It was our lucky day because there was no traffic!

Says open online. drive down and it’s closed. aside from that though, whenever I do go, they never have any of the good flavors that are like “new” or interesting. they are also very slow. -100/10

No love in the building furniture falling apart, counter molding is non existent, ice cream display case is reading 38degrees but cakes and ice cream bars are in back they don’t tip blizzard food was ok

The service here is one of the worst that I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been to many Dairy Queen. Firstly, who never has chocolate sprinkles in stock? Secondly, go to the drive-through it took the guy three tries to get my order correct and all I ordered was a vanilla cone with sprinkles. The language barrier is ridiculous. Hey I understand these people need jobs but the guy made three mistakes getting my order it’s not like the company’s making any money off of those mistakes. Plus, the rate at which you will get your order it’s like they have a slug working there. You may as well give your order and come back an hour later for a small vanilla cone because that’s how long it’s gonna take ridiculous I won’t be back.
