Got 2 blizzards and a malt today. Waited ten minutes in store after estimated pick up time. When handed the blizzards and malt, they were gooey and melted, despite the team saying they had just made them. Malt gas weird specs on lid but that could be me nitpicking. Not to mention they never turned the blizzard upside down like they are taught to and how I have seen at over 20+ locations I have been to over the years. Take a look at the pictures. Does this seem like a fresh blizzard to you? No, it looks like it’s been sitting out. Either the machine is broken or the employees are lazy. Please hire better people if it’s the latter.

Stopped to use the bathroom and discovered that some Dairy Queens have food. I hadn’t had lunch and decided to try a Flame Thrower burger. It was so good and the owner was onsite and very polite and the food was made fresh and exceeded expectations. Will be back again when in the area!

BEST DQ EVER!!!! This DQ seriously blew me away!! The food was so fresh and tasted amazing, you can tell they really care about quality. The owners were incredibly welcoming, and their whole staff had such great energy. We grabbed ice cream afterward and it was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re anywhere near this DQ, GO!!

Went in today to try the new peppermint dipped cone. Was told they only make the blizzard and there is no dipped cone like that. Wasn’t in the mood to argue, ordered a small vanilla dipped cone and the dip wasn’t even covering 30% of the ice cream, you could see right to the vanilla ice cream. Went to show the person who was taking our order the add for the holiday treats and they couldn’t be bothered.

While this place has been around for years, it’s not a destination spot for me. The food is average and the indoor service is lacking. It works in a pinch if you use the drive-thru for ice cream, but don’t expect a scenic or standout experience.

Backyard bacon ranch double burger was excellent, even had fried onion rings on it. It’s a meal in itself. Had a large blizzard but not as large as I remembered, sign of the times.

I ordered and at the end of my order they give me a cup without a lid and expected me to be fine with that so I asked for a cup without a lid and was looked at like I was crazy so I refunded my order and left they definitely need to do better with their service all the way around that store I will not be going back

This is the worse Dairy Queen. The staffs attitudes are very unpleasant and unwelcoming. I ordered a vanilla cone with sprinkles & I could count how many sprinkles were on there and when I asked for a little more she sucked her teeth spoke a different language, other than English, to the other employee the employee giggled and gave a little more sprinkles. I was highly dissatisfied and disappointed the previous owners made the visit an experience these new people don’t care. I will never return!

I deleted my previous review so I could leave another. Including picture of original review. Original review was responded to by the company apologizing for my experience and asking that I please give them another chance. Well I gave them time to fix the issue before coming back and it was an even worse experience. My complaint of half filled gravy cups was responded to by the company getting slightly smaller cups and still only filling them halfway so I got even less gravy than before. Including pictures from last post as well as a new picture of the new gravy cup which the new picture has a lighter next to the cup to show it’s a new different cup in the picture. Also a note to the owner, I called corporate and complained last time and I will be doing so again and telling them all of this. the full looking cup is a cup that has the gravy from 2 cups put into one cup.
