Well for starters, they locked an exit while customers were still inside the dining room, 50 minutes before the dining room closes, which is a major OSHA and NFPA violation!!!
Second, we got here at 8:10p, we were told we needed to get our food to go, even though we had and hour and 20 min till the dining room closed . Last week we came in at 9p, and was made to take out food to go and eat outside in the cold since there was a small group of us.
Totally NOT ok. We are more than happy to take our business elsewhere since its obvious the employees are more concerned with going home than doing their job.

Food is horrible, everything changed when they moved locations. Every surface is dirty! Seats and tables. Soda fountain is out of all most every drink. I am completely disappointed in this visit. It’s a shame, they use to be so much better. Also I got a frozen lemonade and it tasted like it was made with old lemons.

We enjoy our d q stops and the goodies we get, but you changed your Dilly bars to pre packaged boo on you . Not happy , the taste is different, believe you me we can tell the difference , plus the price went way up …

I went to the Dairy Queen in Altoona To pick up a bag of ice cream sandwiches, dilly bars, and buster bars for my Easter party. I Could not believe how skimpy the dip was on my dilly bars and also the buster bars were lacking fudge and nuts There was barely anything inside it. The Ice cream sandwiches were fine. I Wonder if the Dairy Queen only lets them put a very skimpy amount on/in is it cherry or chocolate?to save money or if it’s operator error.

Order two hot dog combos. The hot dogs came with excessive mustard and onions. The onion rings were heavily battered and the onion on the inside was tough like an onion skin. $25 wasted.

Place is a joke anymore and has severally gone down hill. Waited over a half hour for my food and there’s was only 4 people in dining area. Second time in two weeks this has happened won’t be coming back

It was super busy but they managed to accommodate our very large family and still took care of the public. The team did an amazing job! Bravo, you survived the crunch! I must shout out to the non dairy dilly bar that let me enjoy the party with everyone else. Every time. Makes me feel included. I love it!

Went through the drive thru which was a wait was but not an issue until we got our cone and HOT fudge sundae that was prepared when we ordered and put in a freezer until we got to the window. So therefore the COLD fudge sundae was not what I ordered nor any good!

Absolute disaster of a visit this last time. Usually it’s slow at the drive thru but this time nobody was there when we pulled up and we were in the drive thru for 27 minutes. Didn’t get onion rings no apology for the wait either. Marked off gps.

Waited in drive thru 30 minutes. Couldnt escape, wedged in. Terrible service. Not the first time waiting. Have been asked on multiple occasions to pull to the front and they would bring it right out. How hard is pouring oce cream? Avoid this location. Other ice cream places in area to visit.
