I went yesterday with my son and fiancé. It was wonderful. The young man behind the counter was so kind. They were particularly busy, but he made sure every time he saw us to let us know how long until he could serve us. He took our order as soon as he was done making the orders of the people in front of us. He apologized for the wait which had only been 10 minutes. He then took our order with a smile and was so kind. He brought us our food at our table and was so wonderful. Great job!

I asked for ranch with my order, checked my back and of course no ranch. I went it and asked for it and the old lady with glasses said “I have to charge ya 63 cents since it only comes with meals” like lady I got a meal and you didnt give me sauce. Then she screamed “have a great day! Have a nice life!” as I left. Disgusting!

If I could I wouod give ZERO STARS! The ONLY reason I keep coming back is I can’t get rhe item I want anywhere else (without driving a half hour out of my way minimum). I have mad several complaints and they’re worse than whippy dip will answer the phone. This place says their so under staffed that’s why it’s ran this way but in reality they just dont care. Go inside and look for yourself how messy and nasty it is let aline the soup of ice cream blizzards they will give you and tell you oh well. I go here daily only because my husband likes their choc m&m blizzard and I get butterfingers. Along with the m&m ice cream cake (you must order that a day ahead, which is prob why its only nice thing we get there). Id post more pics but based on their attitudes I’d probably get sued. Just stay away from this place beyter off going to pine Ave for a half hr further drive and better service and all. This is just what I got today I’ve gotten plenty worse than this

I picked up some stuff to take back to a birthday party and the staff there could not have been more professional and courteous. I was astounded at all of the staff’s attention to detail and how they carefully and meticulously bagged everything up so that it would make a safe journey home. Your crew is amazing. Need more people like that in the work place.
I have also waited for a while in the drive through line before… but it is to be expected on hot days. I am sure they are doing their best to keep up inside. I’ve worked service industry jobs before. Sometimes you get slammed. Keep it up guys!

The service here is terrible because they always seem to be under staffed. You have to wait in line for half an hour just to be told they don’t have things that are on the menu. Then someone who works for them will make excuses for this post. I went to the local ice cream stand and had no problem. Dairy Queen is always a long wait and you end up getting what they can give you. I am swearing off of this place unless things change.
