I went through the drive thru and ordered a small sundae. I was third in line. The truck in front of me appeared to have ordered food or possibly a number of items. I can only assume they made my sundae immediately upon my ordering it because by the time I got to the window there was nothing but melted ice cream on top.
I had to go home a put it in the freezer to solidify the ice cream. Disappointing.

Waited 25 min for our food (was not busy). Apparently the guy at the register who took our order told the rest of the crew he fulfilled the order. Who knows where our food ended up. Definitely going to KP’s DQs on State or Hermitage Rd from now on.

Been ordering cheesecake blizzard here for about 6/7 different times including tonight and even paid for extra cheesecake pieces and received NONE at all in any of my blizzards every single time. I’m not sure if they’re not stored in the freezer properly and disintegrate when mixed or what but they seem to be one of the only Dairy Queen’s around with this issue because it’s the only one I never get a single cheesecake bite in my blizzards

Their customer service was excellent! The young man who waited on us was extremely polite and apologized because they were having problems with their chocolate ice cream machine working properly, and we even commented to each other after we left how nice he was!

Ordered 1 blizzard and 1 DBL. Cheeseburger, waited 8 mins for car in front and at least another 8 for my own meal at window. Very slow. Order taker wasn’t very personable.

Workers dont know the difference between medium and large as there almost always the same size but they still charge you different prices there needs to be a standard size chart for them to go by example photo chocolate Sunday is large and strawberry on is a medium always happens

Shoutout to Wyatt who helped a hungry, weary traveler figure out the best bang for her few bucks. I couldn’t believe it when he told me it was only his first week of work. You’ve got yourselves a keeper in Wyatt, DQ of Sharpsville, PA. Nicely done. Food was fresh, hot and surprisingly tasty. The facility was very clean. (I did not visit the restroom.)
I ordered, (with Wyatt’s assistance), the Small Meal Deal for $7 and he hunted down some extra mayo for me. I’ll definitely visit here again while in town, hoping that Wyatt will be working. Bravo!

This is the best DQ in the area! Always friendly service and great treats. My Pup and I always enjoy stopping for Ice Cream (and the occasional cheeseburger). Ashley is a top notch Manager here and she keeps finding ways to make this establishment better. She is always willing to help the customers and provide her tips for the best treats out there!

I’ll start this off kind of bluntly. In the area where I live, we have a thing with multiple places that serve or even specialize in hotdogs. And for example, DQ tends to have some of the highest prices for a single hotdog where the food quality is mid at best. What’s worse is the price of food as well is outrageous right now and can even vary slightly from each DQ in the geographical area. I know their main focus is normally soft serve ice cream, but yea… Not worth the cost unless it’s the only option in the area for the hot food. Again, food quality is not bad, just it does not match the price they charge.
