My husband and I were just passing through town and stopped in for a bite. The store was the cleanest DQ I’ve ever been in! The food was fresh and put together perfectly. Fries were hot and fresh as well as the chicken fingers. My burger was put together with care and delicious. Staff was friendly and the service was fast. I still can’t believe how clean it was including the restroom. Great job!!!

I went into the drive through with one of my friends. One of the workers talked to us on the speaker with a “funny accent” and pretended to act like they couldn’t hear us. When we went up to the window we were met with girls saying “that was so funny” and standing around. We waited 15 minutes for two small blizzards and watched workers laugh and make jokes about customers. This happened on June 11th. And this is a photo of my Oreo blizzard with chocolate ice cream… has more vanilla than chocolate throughout the entire cup. Me and my friend can’t even eat our ice cream because the chocolate is repulsive. Tastes like the workers didn’t wanna get out the chocolate, so just added chocolate syrup. Way too strong and just not good AT ALL. Am very disappointed at the service. I’m sorry DQ!

The “medium “ blizzard cup is only 4” tall for $6. Either Dairy Queen ripped me off or the drive through worker is over paid.

First time being at this DQ this week and it was a phenomenal experience. I ordered online since my order was very large and I went inside to grab my food and the ladies were SO NICE!! I am 38 weeks pregnant and having the worse day and filled with tears as soon as I walked in. . You know, just a very emotional day! However, the ladies were so nice to me and helped me with my order to my car and showed so much kindness to me. They really went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience but little did they know their generosity made my whole day after having such a bad day.

I would give this location 10 stars if I could. I stop in almost everyday for lunch. Everyone from the manager down is wonderful. Everyone is always smiling and just as sweet as can be. Somedays I go there just to see a happy face. They have never let me down. Thank you all at the hermitage dairy queen. Your kindness has not gone unnoticed

we came to your Dairy Queen on April 10 at 7:30 PM. This is not the first time we’ve been there but the line for the drive-through moose so so slowly. The girl at the counter that took my money which I gave her a 20 and $.66, the cost of the milkshake was 466. She gave me six dollars back. I did ask her for the rest of my change. I told her I had given her a 20. It is rather frightening when people cannot change and they stand and don’t use their time well. As an owner, I think I would want to know that .

Ordered online through the app. They offer both food and ice cream. The food was ready when I got there and the staff were friendly. The building is relatively new and clean and easy parking and a drive-thru. Attention to detail was noted throughout. It was styled for the town that it is in too. The DQ spoon for door handles was a nice touch.
Overall, great place to get both food and ice cream if you like DQ

Not pleasant employees. Place is clean but over blend blizzards royal new york cheesecake with strawberries was just strawberries gram crackers and ice cream no cheesecake bites blended way to much .
