Friendly and prompt staff and service, came for a late lunch. Food was good I feel like for the price we paid of $37.58 we got 3 meals, 3 desserts, an extra sandwich is a fair price as you get more for your money. We took the sandwiches home to eat later for dinner so I don’t have to cook. Very clean and cute set up. I just hope they plant flowers and landscape on the sides where the side hill is when spring and summer come it would be pretty to look at while dining in. Oh and put prices of the ice cream cakes where we can see them please so I don’t have to ask, thank you for the good service and environment.

Ordered a large mobile order $87!!! and went to this store. It still wasn’t ready so waited another 10 minutes. Got food left and when i got home they got my order wrong and forgot food. Nothing new with fast food but I called and talked to GM to just have them refund me because I wasn’t driving all the way back to the store. They would only refund me if I went back to the store or they could send me a coupon. I was polite up until that point because they messed up and now I have to waste more of my time to fix it. BS this store is a joke, GM is a joke. They can keep my money because I’m not going back ever.

incredibly friendly even though we showed up so late, they were near closing and were very friendly about it. i had just finished a long day of work and was a little worried about how they would feel but they were very nice! 10/10!

Came in for with 2 coworkers for some food and they put us all on one order number even though we ordered separately. This made it very confusing when they were bringing food out and the guy didn’t even know what he was bringing out. Also, I made the horrible mistake of calling a “blizzard a flurry and he rudely corrected me saying “we don’t sell flurry’s here!”. Just seems like a poorly run establishment to me. Won’t be back for the mediocre food.

terrible service. placed an order for curbside, the website said it would take them an estimated 8 minutes to make two slushees. after sitting in the parking space TEN MINUTES past that, we went through the drive through and explained what happened and asked if we could pull around to the window to pick up our order. they told us no..and to pull BACK to the same spot we had been sitting in for 15+ minutes..and to call the store to “inform them that we have arrived”. confused,as that should be your job,if “curbside” is supposed to be an option.

Friendly atmosphere walking in and it’s clean. Customer service is good with an exception for “Rich”, he stands out above the rest. His demeanor is polite and courteous. He deserves recognition for his role there.
