First of all I love Dairy Queen and their Ice cream.
I stopped at this location today in the afternoon. I walked in and there were 2 people at the counter. The rest of the store was empty, and there wasn’t anyone in the drive through. So I choose to use the restroom before ordering. The restroom was dark, dirty, out of soap, and paper towels. I then went to the counter and waited several minutes and didn’t see an employee anywhere, so I left the store.
This is the first time in hundreds of stops at Dairy Queen that I have encountered a dirty store, and bad service. The restroom condition should have been enough for me to leave.

Ordered a custom cake 2 days in advance. A chocolate recees peanutbutter cup blizzard cake. It was not done when we got there. When it was “ready,” it was very messy. There were no peanutbutter cup pieces or drizzle on top. Looked very rushed like they forgot to do it.

This is an exceptional Dairy Queen because the staff is phenomenal! Top notch across the board. The staff was great, the place was clean (yes, even the bathrooms), and the food was prepared with care and precision. Absolutely exceptional! We would and will go out of our way to come back to this location! We would have taken pictures of the perfectly served hot and tastey food, it was so good, it didn’t last long enough for me to retrieve my camera from the car. We ordered the chicken tenders meal with french fries, a double burger and a salad. The food was good and plentiful. The iced tea was brewed fresh. The salad was, crispy, and delicious. Thete was literally no wait at all. It was nice to hear the staff laughing instead of the usually hostile, aggressive screaming that accompanies this industry. This is an exceptional team of individuals who take pride in their customer service and customers! 6 stars in a 5-star world. I highly recommend it!

Ordered a 6 piece chicken tenders basket without drink and a medium blizzard. I had a rewards to apply to my order however the drive thru employee had zero idea about the dairy queen app rewards and denied to apply my rewards as it would actually raise my total instead of taking the $2 off. Not knowing the rewards program is what got me as there was a sticker right on the window! I paid for my order and began to leave. My fault for not checking, however I got a 4 piece chicken tender basket Instead of 6. Also was rung up as the chicken strip basket with a drink which I did not ask for. Outside of that, the food was good and hot. Recommend going inside if you have the rewards app to use and definitely check your order. Too expensive to not get what you fully pay for.

Poor quality and a bad attitude
We came through mid day and it was not busy. They made a decent chocolate dipped cone but they handed over a small cherry dipped cone that was poorly made. The dip was so thin you could see right thru it.
Both of our fries were placed in the bag upside down. One was a bacon queso fry so all of cheese was stuck in a corner of the box.
We came back through the drive thru for a replacement cone and we were met with push back, ” the topping is supposed to crack.” Which wasn’t the issue. Then they tried to give us a different flavor because they miss heard us. The girl at the drive thru looked at the sad cherry cone and said we can’t take that back, rolled her eyes, then came back with a decent cherry dipped cone. At least it was dipped properly this time.
This is the poorest quality food and experience I’ve ever encountered at a dairy queen. Thankful I don’t live in this town and I won’t be back if I’m ever in town again.

My family and I stopped at 8:30 on a Friday night and the place appeared to be closed/closing however the open sign was still lit up. The employee taking our order in the drive thru had a bad attitude, and they left out food from our order that we had paid for. All the staff that could be seen from the drive thru seemed more interested in closing the store than they did handling the order. Definitely not worth the money that was spent

I ordered 2 cupcake cakes for 6.00, and 2 bananas splits they brought one out no strawberries it was all strawberry juice they had rotten bananas and at the end they had no cupcake cakes so had to get ice cream cones it was terrible reviews and where was the ice cream there was no icecream under the coo whip this was the worse Dairy Queen experience

In on Labor Day one of the only places open for anything both restaurants and ice cream stops were all closed so we stopped here. While it was extremely busy and had an unavailable drive thru (looks like there was a broken window) these few high school kids were getting through the orders very quickly. Great job under pressure kids!
