I got DQ tonight I ordered the royal cheesecake blizzard got home their was only graham in it so we go back get it fixed ok no problem get home and their is strawberry’s blended with choc chunks cheesecake and like I said, strawberries blended in not in the middle how it’s supposed to be with chocolate chunks??? And 2 pieces of cheesecake! Only gets worse my sister went and asked if I wanted a new one I said get me the New blizzard confetti cake they give me The cotton candy!!!!

Absolutely awful portions for the price you pay. I ordered the chicken strip basket and received less food than what’s in a happy meal. They do it to me every single time… ownership and management need to pay attention to where they are. How the hell do prices go up and we keep getting less and less each time.

Be cautious of doing door dash deliveries at this DQ. Went to pick an order up that had a drink. They wanted to argue there slip didn’t have a drink. I just left order there. I wasn’t arguing nor was I going to deliver an incomplete order.

Im not normally one to complain about this stuff and I absolutely love connellsville DQ but today I made a mobile order and an order in person because I forgot to put 2 blizzards on my online order so I got to DQ in connellsville and I didnt mind having to wait for a few minutes but it took over 20 minutes for my online order to come out and they forgot my dipping sauces and my blizzards came out 10 minutes before my online order and my blizzards melted before I got my order but the worst thing is every dine in got there food in less than 10 minutes
