Wife went up here to grab food, placed it for in store pickup at 5:50-6pm, said it would be ready latest 6:30. She gets there 6:15-6:20 and the food isn’t even started yet. It’s not till 7pm the food is ready but completely cold. Asked to remake it and they said they were “really busy” (3 cars in drivethru and like 3 people inside). She asked for a refund and was told no. Seems like the customer is always right isn’t a core value at this Dairy Queen. Terrible Experience.

if I could give this place negative stars I would!!! This is how the food looks everytime I get it, I asked the lady to fixed the chicken cause it’s not even sauce and tossed and she got a attitude about it and dump the whole jar in the bowl this is completely unacceptable and wrong!! The last two times i went it was not good. Bread was hard, gravy was absolutely disgusting it was like a hard blob couldn’t dip anything in it and it was some weird color. took forever to come out. Seems like only teenagers there. All this happened both times i was there.

Purchased a Birthday Cake for my 80 year old father today and this is how it was written on and its very disappointing. They didn’t have another of this flavor and when I expressed the disappointment the girl at the counter said to “have a nice day”. Id have expected ATLEAST a price adjustment but that didn’t happen. I had asked them to put “Happy 80th Birthday Dad” on the cake. They left out the 80th part initially and when I said where is the 80th part they stuck 80 on it. (See Pictures) Have some empathy dairy queen worker… The man is 80 today!!!

This DQ usually takes pride in their food even when busy. Today, we had a little bit of toppings at the top of our medium Blizzards and a cup of vanilla ice cream. It’s very frustrating to get pretty much a cup of ice cream for the price of a blizzard.
