Hot eats, cool treats!
I pop into this DQ at least once a week. The gentleman with the beard is so courteous and always has a smile.
The establishment is always neat and clean.
My only reason for a 4 star review is that they are slightly on the slow side when fixing the food. I think the drive thru tends to get overly busy. I do notice that when delivery services, such as over eats, etc..come in, it takes a bit to have their food ready.
Other than that, very polite and food is good. Will be back!
Drive-through, delivery, take out and in-store available. Lunch, dinner and dessert. Credit and debit cards accepted.
Good for kids with kids menu and high chairs. Good for families and groups.

I went to the Dairy Queen in Park Place yesterday late afternoon for a vanilla milkshake. The staff person handed me the milkshake from the drive thru window and the lid had brown stuff on it. I ask what was on the lid and she replied ‘it’s just from mixing it.’ I ordered vanilla, no brown stuff involved. She said ‘I‘ll wipe it off’ and disappeared. The pictures show how I was served at this business, still brown on the lid and smear marks. As I was driving I started thinking ‘Did I get a clean cup? What did she wipe the lid with? (as opposed to just using a new clean lid?) What are the sanitation and hygiene practices of the staff/business? I drove straight to Rita’s, took pictures of the lid, and threw Dairy Queen’s milkshake right in the garbage.

I went thru the drive thru, this time, the drive thru service was very fast, I am used to waiting a while in line.
The food is usually ok, but, over the last few months at various DQs, food prep has suffered.
The mix of the Blizzards is more ice cream with less and less of the candy mixed in.
Cones at one DQ, seem ok for the price, yet others lack size.
Good luck with a sundae from any location.

They were short staffed, but when they gave me the wrong item and I told them it was wrong, instead of making the right item, they handed me back the original wrong item as of they had remade it. Otherwise the staff were friendly. I had to go inside to actually get the correct item

Waited 20 minutes drive thru. Had to say my order twice at speaker. They tried to overcharge me for 6 piece when I said 4 piece twice. Then guy hands me my food says have a good day I said I paid for a drink and a blizzard as well. The guy asked me what kind of blizzard.. are u kidding me. Then he looks and there’s a melted one sitting there. He puts a lid on it and hands it to me then slams the window shut. Poor service.

Very disappointed in this location. Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes tonight before deciding this place didn’t deserve my time or money. Several other cars in the line did the same. This is a joke of an operation. If you can’t staff the location properly, it may be time to think about closing and doing something else other than wasting people’s time. I enjoyed ice cream from another local business instead. Even gave them a tip for their quick and timely service.
