I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger combos. One looked eatable. One looked as if they’d pulled a single cheeseburger and made it a deluxe without the bacon. The fries looked, felt and tasted if they were made yesterday. Combos come with drinks and fries. Well they didn’t send but one. I fed my burger to the dogs. I couldnt eat any of it. Id be ashamed I paid 17 for this order. My hubby ate his. He eats anything. So my combo wasted money. I ordered the 4piece chicken tenders last time, they were hard. I thought we’ll maybe there having an off day but no this is normal. Why would u put food out that u wouldnt eat yourself? Do better!!

The food was hot and fresh and delicious. I usually don’t go to this one because the one on Freeport Rd in New Kensington is much closer and this one always seems so dead inside, but I was passing it so I figured, why not? To my surprise, the food at this location was much better than the one on Freeport Rd. The food was very hot, which let me know it was fresh and made when I ordered it. I love that. The service was good. They brought our food to the table for us, which was nice. They were also friendly. The only downfall is the gloominess due to nobody ever in the dining room and the location.

Everytime I have came here before they have either messed up my order or didn’t have the condiment (gravy or ranch) and I come here because I like the gravy and ranch but this time you guys didn’t have it and this is really my breaking point. Not getting my toast in my chicken strips is one thing but no gravy and ranch????? And (no napkins) I was trying to eat this in my car on a trip but i had to stop elsewhere for some napkins which was very inconvenient.

We ordered a Halloween themed cake for our daughter’s birthday and also got a four pack of the pre-made dessert cups. The dessert cups were great. The cake- AWESOME!!! It was so incredibly well done. Even the writing had a spooky look. The workers taking the order and when we picked it up were so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend!

I’ve never been so disappointed with a Dairy Queen in my life! first off, I’ve always gotten my extra toppings on the side instead of in the blizzard. All the sudden it’s an issue and they don’t do that. Second the fries are nasty and soggy and finally the ranch that only had half in it also came with some hair. Never again.

Absolutely horrible, my husband stopped tonight, to get a couple of blizzard trough the drive thru, he waited about 30 minutes, and both came back wrong! He said a bunch of young people that had no idea what they were doing! This isn’t the first time we had trouble with this diary queen, but it will be the last, we will never go back! It’s poorly run with no adult managers!
