Well it’s December 29th and I’m sitting in front of the dairy Queen here and once again the website says close at 9:30 but here it is at 7:35 and closed again my son and I were here last week on Monday and the Monday before Christmas 8:00 close down I can see the workers I didn’t realize that they get to pick and choose what time they close the store or they figure out you know what we might get too busy we’re going to turn the open sign off and just look at people when they pull in is there anybody really in charge of these kids here like why isn’t it open? So somebody needs to change the website to close whenever they feel like they don’t want to be open and open when we feel like working and there’s customers sitting in there eating but I guess they decided they want to close down absolutely ridiculous that somebody who is not an adult can run a business whenever they feel like they want to work they’ll turn the open sign on when they don’t feel like work and they’ll just say who cares we’ll just shut it down and when people try the door we’ll just look at the customers trying to get in and pulling into the parking lot no worries they could eat somewhere else I’ve been taking my son in there for the last 11 years once a week and in the summertime a little bit more for ice cream but not anymore when there’s no adult supervision in the kid just shut down the store cuz they don’t feel like working and to add to this the young man he is not very friendly he was actually working there today so when somebody’s pulling on the door you would acknowledge that hey we’re closed say something just not look at you like hey you know what sorry you’re out of luck and and the same young man who is there today took our orders a few times and God forbid that the training they get on being courteous to the customer is even used or an effort to be even put into it not what do you want not can I take your order yeah I know what I want that’s why I came in there you don’t have to remind me but he has no customer skills at all maybe a little bit more training and how to talk to customers unless he knows you from school and then he’s going to hook you up but he needs to learn how to talk to customers we are not his peers or his buddies we are customers

Can DQ please keep up with the closing times at least on the app. It said that they closed at 9:30 but they closed at 9:00.

Twice now I’ve tried to order the hot Cocoa oreo Blizzard and they have given me a regular oreo blizzard. Do you have it or not? Please pay attention.

If you’re in the mood for a chocolate shake but crave an adventure, Dairy Queen in Natrona Heights has got you covered. I ordered what was supposed to be a simple chocolate shake, but oh boy, what I got was a veritable treasure trove of flavors. With each sip, I embarked on an unexpected journey – Oreo pieces here, chunks of chocolate there, and a mysterious vanilla essence that left me wondering if I was at a Dairy Queen or a magical shake lottery.

Clearly, the cleaning of the machines isn’t on their priority list, which brings me to my suggestion: why not rebrand this whole debacle as a “Surprise Shake”? Every shake could be an adventure, a blend of whatever’s left in the machine from the last week’s menu. No need for cleaning; just keep the mixer running and let the flavors meld into something… unique.

In all seriousness, if you’re looking for consistency or a plain old chocolate shake, you might want to brace yourself for a surprise. But if you’re in the mood for mystery in your dessert, this Dairy Queen might just be for you.

Stopped in for something cold to cool off. Ordered 1 meal deal. It took forever. Like 45 minutes! We had to wait in our car with no a/c in the hot sun. Then after that long the condiments requested were not on it and it wasn’t very hot temperature wise.
