After we placed our order and paid, we had to hang around and wait for another 15 minutes – for just for a small cone and a sundae. However, they still weren’t even close to starting to make them.It seemed pretty chaotic behind the counter and looked like they still had five orders ahead of us. So we asked for a refund and left.

No impressed! Very unorganized. Lots of staff behind the counter but service was extremely slow. 22 minutes for two medium blizzards. In the time I was there, two orders were made twice because tickets weren’t taken off the board where blizzards/ ice cream is prepared.
I personally think the little red plastic # card is crazy. Just call out the # on the ticket and be done with it.

My family and I have stopped here a few times since they opened, and every time we come they are having issues. First it was no ice cream….how can DQ not have ice cream. The most recent, the fryer was down so no fries, chicken or anything else cooked in the fryer was available. If they cant get their act together they will not last in Ithaca. Don’t waste your time and go to this location.

This location is INCREDIBLY slow! Waited over half an hour and still haven’t received my meal. My wife’s ice cream came out as a melted mess and the employee acted like that was completely fine.

Visited with my Grandaughter. Very busy,waited patiently for chicken and fries. Fries were cold chicken was not fully cooked. Could not purchase a mixed cone. So disappointing. Staff tried but seemed overwhelmed by process.willnot go back. Do not recommend.

I went here Thursday the 26th of February, I got a burger, fries and their oreo ice cream drink. I have had food poisoning since that night. I ended up in the E.R. Saturday night. It’s Tuesday night while I write this, so about five days later. I’m still sick and will probably return to the hospital tomorrow if this doesn’t get better.
