Went about 11:30 before the lunch rush. The fries were a bit old and so was the chicken. Was obvious that it had been cooked awhile. The ice tea machine and ice machine were completely out. Have had much better food here in the past, since Webster is about an hour or so away I hope this was just an aberration. The sundae was delicious

I drove through, so can’t speak to the atmosphere, but the fish sandwich I ordered was stale. The bun was so tough, I couldn’t even take a bite. I even was asked to pull forward to wait for my food. Neither the fries or the sandwich was fresh. What was I waiting for?

came this this location with my family for dinner and ice cream. food was great. order the fry-onion basket and a sauce an tossed basket, all fresh, i would say the wait till our order was brought to is insane. there’ always short staffed and the wait in the dinning room is long. the young lady Cynthia Vega was very kind when bringing our order and apologizing for the wait time. i would like to come here more often with the wait time not being so long.

The food was prepared and cooked how I asked. Excellent flavor and choices for a chubby guy like me. Made me happy. Only qualm I had was bringing the food and ice cream out took a little bit longer than it probably should had and the men’s restroom urinal was leaking on the floor (major lawsuit waiting to happen if someone falls) other than that this fat man gives two thumbs up.

The franchisee of the location at 919 Hard Rd, Webster, NY 14580 should be embarrassed. This is the worst managed fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I don’t blame the workers because management just leaves them understaffed to struggle trying to keep up with damn. It takes up to 30-45 minutes past your online pickup time to complete orders. You’re left to sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get one combo. Management and owners need to step up.

I will never order from there again. How do you forget to put the chicken strips in a box? My familes order was big and i was very patient. I live all the way in fairport and the one thing i did not think i had to look for was the chicken strips in the box!
