Ana made me feel welcomed the second I stepped into this place and carefully explained the menu to me. The food was good value. Later, Ana brought me an ice cream for dessert which was delicious. Highly recommend this place.

I ordered without a drink and the employee mentioned the drink was included. Guess what? It’s not and I was charged for a drink I didn’t want. Bait and switch tactics to gain more revenue. Definitely reporting this location. Food is great though!

Just wanted to try one of those little strawberry ice cream things. Drive thru was super slow. The strawberries in it taste like they were made out of chemicals. But the custard and strawberry syrup were yummy. Don’t know if I’ll ever come back here again for one of these but it was alright.

I have previously visited dairy Queen but never a location that had the grill and chill. I didn’t eat any of the food but I will return on another trip and try some of the hot food that they offer. The ice cream was delicious as usual. They also sell soft serve ice cream and combinations of soft serve ice cream like blizzards, Sundays and milkshakes etc… Great place for a sweet treat on a hot day. Lots of indoor air conditioned seating as well as high chairs and booster seats available. Outdoor seating also available.

I love this place, but the service is horrible. To be honest, you don’t know what you’re going to get good service or bad service love from this place is the chicken tenders I asked them make them fresh to order and sometimes they try to play you saying they already fresh so I replace my fries with cheese curds my caurds were cold, so I asked them to make my whole order again because I’m going to wait for my cheese curds the one guy says no you gotta wait. So I told her so I’m waiting for a three minute cheese curds, and my tenders are going to be cold since I ate in there.. like I said to be honest you don’t know what type of Dairy Queen you’re going to get

The people who work the drive threw should be fired. I asked for no mayo on my burger and it seems like they added extra. If you aren’t smart enough to handle 1 simple charge, then you should find an easier job.

Went at 9pm on a Thursday. They close at 10. Person on the speaker was absolutely terrible. “Is that it? Is that it?” After every item I ordered. Up to the window, told the wrong price. Missing two of my 4 blizzards. Had to sit and wait, she rudely shoved them in my hand. Stared at me and said “you need something?” No “have a good day” nothing. Not a single kind word.
I understand there is a staffing issue. I understand companies are taking just about anyone they can get. But this is crazy. I’ve worked food service. I’m normally beyond understanding. This however, was just terrible. My food looks like it was slapped together by a toddler.
The lettuce on my chicken sandwich was old!!! It was slimy, smelled and flat out disgusting. I refused to eat it and tossed out the entire sandwich. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog.
