The service here is Terrible I ordered a blizzard and they gave me fully melted ice cream in a cup. This business needs some adults on staff because these kids are always unprofessional. They crank the price up and this is the service I received??? Last time I spend any money here.

It was not a very busy Wednesday evening when we went and the place was very dirty. Numerous tables had dripped ice cream stains all over and at least two tables had items that should have been put in the garbage bins.
The food is standard DQ but cleanliness was not a priority there.
We were very disappointed by the uncleanliness.

I paid an additional 2.29 for onion rings and got regular fries, I also ordered the sauce and tossed honey bbq and got regular. Called and they basically said they cant do anything. Food is good but the service and this makes me upset

Only writing this cause a staff member went out of their way to charge me 53 cents for the extra buffalo sauce I asked for originally, and denied me a bag to carry my food out with even though I offered to pay. Some of the staff seems nicer but if the managers and owner can’t let customers get a paper bag even if they’re paying, they need to reevaluate priorities with flies sitting on the credit card machine.

I’m kind of annoyed and maybe it’s my fault for not checking my food before I pulled away but I ordered a large rotisserie chicken bite basket. They chicken is fine but there were like 15 fries in the basket. Not exaggerating either…for a large. Maybe it was the food gods telling me I don’t need to eat that many fries but I paid for a large. WTH!

Arrived at 845 chatting before ordering
At 904 we were told the dinning room was closed with no heads up on advance so we ordered our food and sat on the sidewalk curb.. dairy Queen does not close till 10pm if a customer is already in dinning area they should not he told they cant finish the food because it is closed ..
Put a sign up stating dinning room is closing at 9pm

This place is the worst. I will never go here again. The service was sub-par. We ordered off the app. On arrival half of the ice creams were made. And then given to the wrong person who excepted it. My daughter kept trying to get someone to fix. 3 staff and they couldn’t get it right and got an attitude with my daughter cuz she was getting frustrated with them. At one point they tried to push a Strawberry Sunday on my daughter. Problem is she would never order Strawberry because she is highly allergic and cannot touch strawberries. She in fact has to carry an epi- pen. Imagine the catastrophe that could have been because your employees can’t do their job properly and get an attitude with the customers. And after all that we get home and they still didn’t give us what we ordered. We will definitely not be back.
