Food tasted great(but was cold when we ate it from waiting), the service and atmosphere because of the service was awful. We ordered through the app for pick up, said it would take about 25 mins. We got there about 30 mins later and the app was saying “go inside for pick up” and we assumed our food would be ready. It was not. So we waited, we got our food quickly(within 15 mins) but our ice cream came 30mins later from that because it was on the counter upfront and not with the ice cream line… there was people walking in and ordering ice cream before we got ours that was ordered almost an hour prior. The staff were all snapping at eachother for what orders went where and to “GIVE ME A MINUTE” (the kitchen/ice cream windows are right at the counter) and people were waiting (door dash drivers telling my husband and I they were waiting 30 mins for orders when we got there) so they were all getting irritated. Meanwhile the drive thru line is non existent. We had an infant with us and just wanted a quick, easy, Valentine’s Day dinner. Apparently DQ fast food isn’t fast, and not easy lol. All in all we were at the restaurant for almost an hour with pre ordering.
So lesson learned if I want food here again(highly unlikely), do the drive thru only because they take all the priority, or walk in.

Overpriced Fast Food. Pick up had no option for drive thru, had to go inside but doors were locked, had to go to the front that was not shoveled and covered in I and snow. Got inside and it was freezing. I placed my order beforehand and it took over 25 minutes to get there and they were just cooking the burgers (this was after 9pm, so not during any busy time). No one was even there. Once we got the food, the fries were old and cold. The slushy medium was the size of a small and it tasted old and like it had been sitting for days and just recycled on everyday, GROSS!! Everything was completely overpriced. A medium here is like a McDonald’s kids size drink. A Large drink is a McDonald’s small. Even their blizzards are overpriced for what you get. I ordered mediums and they were smaller than Friendly, McDonald’s but a lot more money. It wouldn’t be an issue if the quality was exceptional but it’s not, it’s subpar Fast Food, no healthy ingredients. Won’t be back. I could have got better food for the same price at a decent restaurant like Olive Garden or Long Horns across the street! That’s where I’ll be going from now on!! It would be one thing if they paid their employees a liveable wage with benefits, I’d be more apt to visit but they don’t, they gave crappy fast food pay, food and service for sit down dining restaurant prices. I couldn’t even do their survey because they want you to keep your receipt with all this information.i used the app and none of the information was on it to do the survey. Pretty sure they got his on purpose because they really don’t care what the customer thinks. They just want to over charge for cheap, horrible food and service to line the upper managements pockets. Disgusting and Greedy!!!

Who doesn’t like Free Stuff! We were in the area on their Free Cone Day and decided to treat ourselves to a sweet treat. We got our cones and they were really good! They tasted like the kind that I enjoyed when I was a kid… Fresh, creamy and No Artificial Taste!!! They were so good and we highly recommend Dairy Queen when you just gotta have something sweet to eat!
The person at the counter was super pleasant and service was surprisingly fast too!

This was, without question, one of the most disrespectful and frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had—at Dairy Queen or any fast-food establishment in New Hampshire.
I placed a mobile order for a Blizzard and waited over 20 minutes to receive it, despite the store not being particularly busy. While waiting, I watched my ticket sit on the screen until it eventually turned red, clearly indicating it was overdue. When I politely mentioned this to the staff, I was immediately brushed off and dismissed with the excuse that they were “short staffed.”
That explanation would be more understandable if the staff who were present appeared to be working—but they weren’t. Several employees were in the back on their phones, socializing, and worrying more about appearances than customers, while a line of patrons stood waiting and growing visibly impatient.
The male cashier was especially unprofessional. He was short, dismissive, and seemed to lack even basic knowledge of how to do his job. When I finally managed to get the attention of one of the female employees, she responded with an attitude and claimed she “didn’t know I was here,” despite the fact that my order was literally the only mobile order on the ice cream screen.
When the male cashier finally acknowledged me, he demanded my name to confirm the order. I pointed directly at the screen showing the order and pointed at my receipt, yet he still insisted I verbally give my name—as if the visual confirmation wasn’t enough. The entire interaction felt unnecessary, condescending, and poorly handled.
At that point, I asked for the manager’s name, which is a reasonable request given the circumstances. He flat-out refused to provide it and looked to the female employee for backup, who also declined to answer. That alone says a lot about how this location is being managed.
This branch is clearly being run with zero accountability, zero urgency, and zero respect for customers. The behavior I witnessed—from the dismissive attitudes to the lack of basic professionalism—was unacceptable. This isn’t just a bad Dairy Queen; it may genuinely be one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had in New Hampshire.
To make things worse, the order was wrong!!!!
I will never return to this location, and I strongly advise others to think twice before wasting their time here.

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat and some ice cream at DQ’s after we went to NH Motor Speedway with Southern NH Corvettes. What a great time!

Food was good as usual but took a long time to get it out. Went at 630, hardly anyone there, only person in line and took 5-7 minutes just for my blizzard. A lot of smoking and joking between the employees. Standing around and not very productive or professional.

DQ has always been my go to place when I have a really bad day. So today, when I had one of the worst days I’ve had in a very long time, my boyfriend took me. I ordered a NY cheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake.. I love the little pieces. However I did not receive a single little piece of cheesecake in it despite the extra we paid to get it :/ (or any on the strawberry filling)
I normally love getting things from here but this is the second time it has happened and when you’ve already had a devastating day… bad ice cream just makes it somehow worse.
I will say staff here is always amazing- I’m sure if we were able to turn around they would have fixed this.

The food here is always good, we never have a problem with our orders. Service is always fast! But I especially want to point out the guy who is always on drive-thru. He has colorful hair, and some piercings. I can never catch his name despite trying to! He always does a great job and is always very kind to me and my kids! We want you to know that your hard work is noticed and we appreciate it! Get that guy a raise!

I only used the drive thru. Ordered two quarter pound cheeseburgers. I was pleasantly surprised to be asked how I would like to have them. Other fast food franchises don’t ask me for that. Staff were friendly. Outside looked ok. Burgers were ok. Prices about the same as competition. Quick service.
Update: Sunday afternoon, March 2021: Drive thru and possibly curbside pickup for online orders only. I had offers through the DQ app so I went through twice to use two of them. One for me, one for my son. My friend ordered online but had to go inside to pick up her order.
I had the six piece grilled chicken rotisserie bites with the Queso dip, which the server said “Good choice!”, and a small Oreo Mocha Fudge Blizzard . I was given a larger size for the Blizzard. I got a small Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard for my son. The discounts worked.
The bites were a little greasy and the Blizzards a little runny, but, they were consumed without hesitation. My friend liked what she ordered.
If you like DQ, then you’ll like this one.
