I enjoyed my first experience at this location! I’m not originally from Massachusetts, but I just moved here. We are around the area for family, and decided to stop at this location for a bite! The food tasted delicious, the customer service from our cashier and the lady who brought over our food.. 10/10.

I have been coming to this location for years, every Saturday with my twin boys. The staff is always so nice and helpful to my family. The deals are so reasonable, we are glad they make these affordable options. Merry Christmas Bellingham staff!

I always go there to get some delicious dessert ice cream cakes .
They also is very busy place , I hate go when the line is outside of the streets, when it’s that busy I just give up and go by.

I have frequented this dairy queen many times. The staff do not listen or pay attention. I was asked TWICE, how i wanted it, because the first time i told her, she missed it. After correcting it, i STILL received the incorrect order.
It baffles me, that they would speak about my hair in portuguese, rather than paying attention to the order. It makes me angry, that they assume i dont understand them, and immediately disrespected me.
The manager is great, but i did not go back down to fix the errors. As i have mayonaise at home. Id rather do it the way i asked for it myself, than to have them purposely mess it up out of anger. Included is the receipt and the picture of my double cheeseburgers, slathered with mustard.

Food was pretty good. The experience is was expecting. Friendly staff. We ate in. It was decently quiet for a fast food place. I will definitely return if in the area.

Stopped in for a blizzard. I was super confused as the building has signs on it with the flip or free policy. My blizzard was served in a brown paper bag with a soft drink lid on it. When I asked why I was given an attitude from the young girl there. Awful experience.

This was a clean, and well-staffedplace. The food was delicious, the chili dog I had was perfect with a little kick to it my mom is mobility-impaired but got in and out of this restaurant without a problem. Handicap parking right in front of the door and only a few steps further to a seating booth. Sundays were delicious and the table service made this feel like a regular,,,,!

Our Family has been here quite a few times and it has always been good. Yesterday was a bad day. We ordered a couple of double cheese bacon burgers and the burgers were dried out like cardboard and one of them was totally burnt in which we tossed in the garbage to give it a decent burial . We also ordered a malted shake and it was undrinkable. Went back in and their response was We don’t know how to make it. Unfortunately the malted shake joined the bacon double cheeseburger in the garbage.The prices were very high. For a family of of 4 was over 70.00 and the only thing that was okay was the ice cream that my kids had. You really can’t mess up ice cream now.
We will no longer be dining or ordering here again after today.
So if the owners have noticed a decrease in sales this might be a good part of it..

I am from R.I. and I love my DQ in Cranston. This one is no comparison to the one I go to almost daily. Kids on there phone, knowone seeming to be aware of customers and there orders. The blizzard was not flipped upside down cause it was so melted it would.
