I’ve been here three times in three years and have had the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had each and every time. All done. Extremely nastily rude staff each time and very poorly made food. Genuinely appalling behavior. Save your money and self respect.

I went in with my kids to give them a special treat. I ordered three small drinks (along with a reasonably sizable order) and when I got a chance to look at the receipt I noticed one drink was $2.09 and the other two had been combined into a mix and match deal for $5. I asked the girl at the register if it was possible to order them all separately, as that was cheaper, and doing it this way makes no sense. She went and got the manager who was snarky and rude and told me that the register does it automatically and it’s cheaper this way and they can’t change it. I pointed out that $2.09 three times was cheaper than $5 plus $2.09 and she started yelling at me. When I told her to forget it, she got really rude and at that point we just left. I get that the register may do things automatically, and that fast food workers are paid garbage, but I didn’t expect to get shouted at for asking to not pay extra.

Not kid friendly 🙁 Workers constantly screaming at kids and teens which is very unprofessional. I understand that they may be loud, but you can’t be yelling at them aggressively. Patience is what would make this establishment better.

I ordered a 6 piece chicken tenders, waited 5 minutes for my food to come out, fries are dry as hell, Chicken tenders, which had clearly just been made, completely overfried. I asked for ketchup, got no ketchup. Cashier was rude/short with me for no reason, that one always is. 815pm on Monday night.

Every time I come here they have the worst customer service. Seems almost like I am bothering them by ordering some ice cream. Used to love the Dairy Queen but now I almost dread when I crave a blizzard. Such a disappointment. Don’t get me wrong I understand when someone has a bad day, but it seems like the person taking my order through the drive through cannot stand me. I hope the staff works on their customer service and at least treat people with some respect. Will not be coming back and do not recommend coming to this specific Dairy Queen.

The service is horrible. The cashier barely speaks, the cashier mumbles and the cashier had a very bad attitude. They were rolling their eyes when we went to claim our ice cream. Also, the “meal deal” cheeseburger combo is a HUGE scam. They have two different ‘’meal deals”. You apparently have to ‘specify’ the order. For example my friends and I went to order 5 ‘’meal deals’ but after receiving our cheeseburgers . We later went up to the cashier for our ice cream that was included with the meal deals . But the cashier told us we had to “specify” the specific meal earlier. We clearly said “5 Cheeseburger meal deals” and pointed at where it was at on the menu. We tried calling after leaving and they hung up on us . Also, the cashier never offered or gave us our receipt. This service is truly horrible and we will not be coming back again. Worst service of our life.

Food is great but the service at this location is absolutely horrible. I can’t tell you how many times the people at the drive through just don’t talk to you- at all. Countless times my card is just quite literally snatched, they turn their back to the window with the card, then hand me my items and card back. No response to my hello or thank you. They always look miserable and have no common curtesy at the drive through or inside. Someone needs to train these kids.

i’ve visited this location a couple times over the years. the parking lot honestly impossible to pull out of, but the food has always been great. i do have to say the blizzards are typically not very solid, but i don’t mind them a bit melty. they staff aren’t always the nicest, but they’re typically quick.
