I love the costumer service, the cashier was amazing she was very polite and quick to answer questions. We need more of the at food places. Really recommend the location. I did not take pictures of the food it self but I was delicious warm and they gave it to us very quick. It was our 1st time here my son has been wanting to try D,Q sinse the longest.

7/6/25 MOCHA MOOLATTE WAS MADE TO PERFECTION…….Went to Dairy Queen on the 4th of July. Their Mocha Moolatte was cool, creamy, and refreshing, just what I needed on that hot summer day. (The Mocha Molatte is a blend of coffee and rich rich fudge with Dairy Queen soft serve and ice, topped with whipped cream and a chocolate drizzle. It’s sort of the ice cream version of a 7-11 slushie). It was rich, not too overpowering, and perfectly made.
The employees were very attentive, and the restaurant was clean and orderly. Although not a big deal with my experience, the only issue with this particular location is their washrooms are very small. I had to leave my shopping cart outside the door. Mothers with babies or more than one child and strollers, or those with walkers or in a wheelchair, are bound to have problems. The washroom isn’t big enough, and there’s no changing table. (With all due credit to the restaurant, the washrooms were probably originally intended for the employees, and later open for customers to use).
At any rate, the product I purchased couldn’t have been made better. The store is in good shape, I’m grateful they have a washroom to begin with, and that’s what really matters. 5 stars for this restaurant…

An absolute embarrassment! We had a moblie order and they took a good 20 minutes for them to attend to us. The food wasn’t ready at the time we were supposed to pick it up. The team was just ignoring us. As a worker myself I understand if your busy but when we tried to let them know that we were here, not a moment of attention . JUST NEEDED 10 sec to let them know we were here to pick up an order. Oh here is the best part! About 5 people were attended before us. We HAD TO FORCE our way in. Even then it seems like they didnt want to attend us. Seems like they dont enjoy being there so I cant blame them ♂️. So if you do plan on going DONT make a moblie order if you want to be ignored

UPDATE: I really appreciate my experience with the managers. They correctly made the drinks and were kind and patient with my coming in. I’m not sure who the employees were on the day I went in and had the bad experience as I rarely see them. This time it was a manager whom I often see and an employee who has made my drinks before. Thank you.
I have been a consistent customer at this DQ for years now, but this was the first time that I’ve experienced such poor customer service. I visited on 12/12 at nighttime and ordered 2 Mocha Moolattes as I often do. But this time, the drinks had lots of chunky ice and were not well blended. I tried both to make sure it wasn’t just one. I asked the employees to remake it but I watched them blend the drink more in the cups. I was very surprised because as far as I know, the drinks are usually thrown out if they get remade especially if someone drank from it. I felt it was very unsanitary and on the few occasions a drink was remade for me, this has never happened. A different employee gave me the drinks back and suggested I try them to make sure they tasted like usual. However, when I said they did not taste right, the employee just said that’s how the drink is. Even when drinking it later at home, the drink still did not taste right. I submitted a survey and have waited for a response but haven’t received any, so I am making a review about my unusual very poor experience with staff.

This is THE BEST location in the entire Chicagoland area. We’ve been to so many and we can never find a location with great service and the blizzards never ever EVER disappoint! Love this spot!

Such a charming DQ. Feels like stepping into a time capsule. Beautifully gentle people working here so kids that come in feel 100% welcome. *for families with strollers or customers with special accommodations – the drive through is located in a very high risk area, with traffic moving through the pedestrian path. A little girl almost got hit by a car while making her way towards DQ and we almost got hit by another car, right out the door of the establishment. Keep your eyes peeled.

I Love Coming Here There Very Friendly. And The Kids Love Coming Here As We’ll. This The Kids Favorite Restaurant And When They Get Good Grades It’s A Reward For Them. We Came Last Week My 2 Little One’s Graduated Pre-K And Kindergarten Proud Of Them. I Said Where You Want To Go Eat Hands Down DQ Lol So Fast Thank God For The Kid Menu Comes With Fries Drink Burger And Ice Cream Sundae Or Cone Kids Choice Definitely Gonna Save You Some Funds If You’re Funds Are Low Thank You For Service Employees.

They’ve added a tipping feature. Management, pay your workers a decent wage instead of passing it to the customers. Fast food shouldn’t be tipped.
