We always use the drive through and it can sometimes backup to Ennis Avenue. Most of our visits are for Blizzards, but we have ordered other food items too. All of the food is hot and made to order. My only complaint is that they do not participate on the DQ app, so acquiring points for perks is not an option and ordering food for pickup isn’t either.

They close at 10 I pulled up at 845, 3 cars in line.when I got ready to order all of a sudden they ice cream machine down for cleaning. I said the lady in front of me literal just got like 4 cups. Yes ma’am that was our last order. I said can I talk to your manager the cashier said she in the bathroom. I said I’ll wait. Then the cashier come back and say is this about the ice cream I’ll go ahead and get you some I said I’ll just wait for your manager, she said she busy right now. So I’m confused then here come the manager after the little girl laughed and thought it was funny. So called manager come over and said she wasn’t the manager so I asked for her manager and all of a sudden she was a manager again. The issue never got resolved and the cashier never gave her name but the confused manager name Alanna

I visited the Dairy Queen in Ennis around 1:30 PM today and was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a Hunger Buster with cheese and mayonnaise, “all the way,” as part of a combo meal. When my order was brought out, it was missing the drink. After that was fixed, I went home only to find my burger was completely plain — just the meat and bun, with no condiments or toppings.
I went back and explained what happened, asking them to fix it, but instead of remaking the burger properly, they just added mayonnaise to the same one and handed it back.
I’m really frustrated with the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. I paid for a meal made to order and didn’t get what I asked for, even after giving them a chance to correct it.
Service is really bad here, the owners need to clean house and start over.

She said the food will come out when it comes out and I just simply asked will it be hot since I’m waiting ! Just lost a customer that come all the time from another county just to eat there . But I will not be coming BK

I had a Waffle Bowl with vanilla ice cream, chocolate and strawberry syrup, whip cream and chopped peanuts and it was Awesome! My husband had a deluxe Blizzard. We received great customer service.
