Understaffed to say the least, especially on Valentines Day. One at counter, one in kitchen, and one at drive thru. One staff was overwhelmed and made sure all the customers knew it. The girl at the counter was amazing considering the situation. At least 20 people inside ordering or waiting for orders.

This was one of the most unpleasant drive through experiences. The workers were friendly enough, but it took 15 minutes to get through the drive thru only to get the drinks, a slush, a tea and a blizzard and have to pull ahead and wait. Then 15 minutes later get the rest of the ice cream and the food. The food had been sitting for awhile because it was not hot. So lukewarm food, melted ice cream, premium price.

Everything was above and beyond! I have not had such great customer service in a long time. My daughter wanted a banana with her kids meal. Rather than saying we are sorry we do not have anymore a employee went next door and got her a banana and brought it to our table! 5 star customer service!

Have eaten here before and it was delicious. Today food took a significant time and tasted like frozen beef was microwaved. Cheeseburgers tasted similar to a school burger. Even our kids wouldn’t finish them. Likely won’t be returning for burgers anytime soon. Workers were friendly and restaurant was clean. Food was just extremely disappointing.

Me and my family stopped at the Dundee Dairy Queen the service was absolutely AMAZING the staff was so very kind and friendly got my food fast it was very fresh the food was delicious I’ve been to many Dairy Queens this is the cleanest store I’ve ever seen I’m highly satisfied me and my family will be definitely be coming back thank you so very much for the AMAZING experience

Ordered 2 meals cashier said if or curds I asked oh get a choice I said curd. Nope not correct got food after a wait ugh. Chili sauce on hot dog looked burnt. Manager we make fresh daily. Hahaha no way said they suppose to stir though out day dropped food and left. Was gross didnt eat.

I go here all the time with my family…. My fiance and I eat here the most ordering the same thing and always being happy but today my son and I wanted to order some chicken strip basket… this is what we get. Someone dirty bbq hands got put all over it. Didn’t change gloves or what not. I tried call multiple times but the phone service of their store wasn’t working at all it seemed like…. They need to get a need cook….

This place is so hit or miss. Sometimes I get such a good blizzard and it’s amazing and other times it sucks. I got a mixing bowl mashup and there’s very little (or no) cookie dough and for some reason a peanut butter flavor. We have asked (and paid more) for extra mix ins because there’s never enough. Doing extra mix ins doesn’t even do anything. I always go here hoping it’ll be a good day but it usually isn’t. Just drive the extra few minutes and go somewhere else.
