When we walked in NO ONE was available ~ well except the person “passed” out at the drive thru area ~ we were there a good 10 minutes and LOUD ~ I YELLED “MISS ARE YOU ALRIGHT?” ~ someone the appeared out of no where around the corner and said “some one will be with you” ~ it was 11:30am and not another soul in the restaurant or drive thru ~ I said to the guy “is she okay”? ~ he asked her if she was okay ~ she acted as if she was recovering from a great Saturday night or medical emergency ~ she made an odd motion and stumbled to the front counter to help us ~ let’s say we made three visits today ~ FIRST, LAST, & ONLY!!! ~ a very odd situation ~ then all of a sudden there were a few more staff members that came from who knows where ~ not sure what they were up to or what they did to that girl

Had a hamburger, mustard was all over the outside of the bun and about quarter of the inside bun. It was even on the top of the bun and way too much mustard. The French fries were good. It was a mid afternoon Sunday-only one other family eating in and drive-thru had two cars so not busy!

So they serve Coke Zero at this Dairy Queen except for the drive-thru. I don’t get it they can’t walk to the dining area to get a Coke Zero especially when I mobile order so it gives them plenty of time to do this? That’s why I don’t go here anymore.

Locked the lobby early on us shortly after 7 on Sunday when we were waiting for our online pick up order. Door says closes at 10 and lobby closes at 8. Turning people away. 6 couples and 4 individuals, a dad with 3 disappointed kids, a couple with 3 kids, grandpa with two grandkids and a pregnant lady just since we’ve been here that have been turned away. None were too happy like ourselves. No way to run a business. I’d look into the professionalism of the male worker with super dirty hair and clothes, gut hanging out, yelling at customers but has time to text on his cell phone. Really bad representation here. Beware, “management” seems to be really lacking at this location.

The last two out of three times I’ve gone they get my order wrong. I ask for a medium recess on cup blizzard with one less scoop of topping. I make sure to repeat the one less scoop part, and they don’t do it. I even went back in one time and they gave me a new one but I shouldn’t have to go back in almost every time. Toledo always gets it right so it it very frustrating that Dundee can’t seem to.

Got a malt for the first time awhile ago and was extremely disappointed in the lack of malt taste. Next time I asked for a lot of malt and they got it perfect, I mean I couldn’t have made it better myself! I hope this is how it is all the time now!

I thought with this being a new DQ it would be on ball with the food. Fries bad, raw in middle, burnt on ends. For the price you pay these days, I wish fries were cooked properly. I am not ordering fries anymore because restaurant don’t cook them properly. Chicken was good! Not sure why I get toast?
