This place definitely has a lot of work to do. From the outside, it looks almost abandoned, which is surprising given how close it is to the beach.

On a positive note, the food was actually pretty good. The restaurant was under construction during my visit, but with a full remodel and a fresh paint job, this spot could easily gain a star or two.

I went here yesterday after the beach because my kids wanted ice cream. The picture on the screen of the brown Oreo cupfection looked really good. However when I got mine they had a filled cup of vanilla ice cream and one swirl of hot fudge. I asked would they please put more fudge like the picture. They said they had to charge me $1.60 for more . Which is ridiculous but I paid and expected more. I watched the lady she put one pump of fudge. The fact I was already skimped then had to pay extra and basically still wasn’t satisfied as a customer and still didn’t have as much as it should come with for its original price it sickening. As a fast food chain yall gotta do better and take care of customers as you would want to be taken care of an at least make the item as pictured and expected . Poor service . See photos attached the one photo is the before I added more the photo of the top is after I paid $1.60 extra. For NOTHING!!! But instead of fighting them I decided to write a review it goes further !

I ordered a honey barbecue chicken tenders basket (sause and toss) and this is what I received I’m so disappointed, not only did they not give me bread but this chicken has 2% sause on it. 20 dollars for this and a hot fudge is insane.

I used to enjoy this Dairy Queen when the new management first took over the food was good, and the service was solid. But my most recent experience was completely unacceptable.

I placed and paid for a mobile order through the DQ app. When I arrived, I was told my order “wasn’t in their system,” and the employee made it seem like I was trying to get free food, even after I showed proof of payment. I felt profiled and disrespected. Instead of trying to help, I was told to “call corporate on Monday.”

I actually contacted corporate the same day. They verified my order and resent it. When I returned to the store, the employee claimed they would “make it fresh.” That was another lie the food was cold, the bread was hard, and the chicken strips were overcooked.

This location has gone downhill fast. Being treated like a scammer and then served poor-quality food is beyond frustrating. I won’t be returning unless management seriously improves their customer service and food standards.

I visited this Dairy Queen today around 2:30 PM after placing and paying for my order through the app. When I went through the drive-thru to pick it up, the employee at the window said she couldn’t find my order. I showed her the confirmation and proof of payment directly from the app. Instead of helping or trying to look deeper into the issue, she questioned us by asking if we were even at the right location — speaking to us as if we were ignorant — and then told us she “can’t just give us free food.”

The food was not free; we had already paid for it. The way she treated me and my sister felt dismissive, unprofessional, and discriminatory. Rather than offering any real assistance, she told us the only thing we could do was call corporate on Monday and figure it out ourselves. No apology, no attempt to check the system, nothing.

We ended up calling corporate right then, and they immediately found the payment and pushed the order through. By the time everything was finally resolved and we got our food, it was 3:30 PM — a full hour after we first arrived.

When we returned to pick up the order, the employee claimed everything was made fresh. That was not true. The bread was hard, the chicken strips were cold, and the fries were cold as well. After already dealing with an hour-long ordeal, being given low-quality food with no acknowledgment or apology made the situation even worse.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From being dismissed at the window, to being spoken to disrespectfully, to feeling racially profiled, to waiting an hour, to finally receiving cold food — every part of this visit was unacceptable.

We will not be returning to this location again.

“Claiming we hadn’t paid while being rude proves how terrible service has gotten under this new management. An hour-long wait and cold food say it all.” According to corporate, our payment was already received. New management is the problem here.”

Mobile order was placed to be picked up at 9:09. We got there at 9:05, and the door was locked. Employees refused to even acknowledge us. Closing time on the door was 10:00pm.

The s’mores blizzard I ordered tasted great but it took forever to get it. I think it would’ve been faster if they employed a bunch of grandmas from the nursing homes. One of the employees, it might be the manager but I’m not sure, seemed to be in a bad mood, like her dog got hit by a truck or something. The bathrooms looked like crap too. I like Dairy Queens but this one just plain sucks.

Craigslist Stuff
Sat at the ordering speaker for over 5min. Pulled up to the window and saw a younger blonde girl chatting with another woman in the dining room. The blonde working the window said she didn’t know anyone was at the speaker, but also had just finished telling the person who was waiting in line behind us that she would be right with them.

It was obvious she was ignoring it and hoping customers would leave. We tried to order fries 45 mins before closing, and were told the manager said the fryers were shut down so they could get off at 6. We were able to order a blizzard though.

Stopped by after seeing the location was under new ownership. Unfortunately it’s the same bs as before, except now with limited hours. I won’t be back.

This location is under a new owner. They are renovating so the lobby is closed. You order via the drive thru. Sarah has been friendly both times during our recent visit. The guy cooked our food fresh. It was delicious If you go during a busy time you may have to wait in the drive thru line. It’s worth the wait.

I agree with a lot of the recent reviews…I ordered through the app and when I arrived to pick up my order one of the items wasn’t available and they asked what would I want to switch it out for I said just do a shake or something…a few moments later a guy comes up asking for a extra $2 for the shake…the item they didn’t have available was $5 so instead of just switching it to a shake size of equal value I’m presuming they did a large shake and decided to come back up and ask for more money…I explained it to the guy and he had a dumbfounded look on his face and I ask where’s the manager and he said I was the owner I understood right then why this place is going down hill… next time I’ll just go to Mayday
