Every time we’ve come to this location there’s only 2-3 employees working and they always work at the slowest pace possible even when it’s very busy. Each visit is only waste of time, it shouldn’t take 25-30 minutes to get 1-3 ice creams made regardless of how busy it is. This location either needs more employees working during summer as it’s expected to get more service, or needs to have better work ethic.

This place was a mad house on a 90° Saturday but the staff did a great job. They were communicating with customers as well as working well as a team to get things out fairly timely given the crowds. Honestly my only complaint is to much ice cream in the cups. I know crazy but we got them to go and by the time we even got to the car they were dripping everywhere because they had like 1-2 inches of ice cream over the brim. Nice clean restaurant just outdated.

Love this location! Food is always fresh, and staff is always wonderful and nice. I want to give a special shout out to Donny! He is truly a gem, with such an incredible attitude and truly a passion for his job and customers. my friends and I used the drive-thru, it happened to be really hot that afternoon and each one of us was able to what they wanted weather it was a hot burger with Fries or an Ice cream Sundae. Everyone was happy!

I like this place. A kid who works there (I think his name was Trino) is a top notch worker & the manager (a young woman) was very helpful when I had a question about customizing my order. Food was hot and yummy!

8 times out of ten the food is amazing. The only reason for a 4 star, isn’t against this DQ only, but dairy queen puts way too much mustard on their sandwiches and sometimes the sandwiches are soggy. Other than that I love DQ. Ice cream products ALWAYS ON POINT!!!

They didn’t get my order right and I figured out about half way home I didn’t get the Sunday I was supposed to get but I was just going to forget it but then when I got home I realized my fries were stale and had salt on them. I order with no Salt so I can get fresh hot fries. I was most looking forward to some fresh hot fries so I decided to drive all the way back and report the missing Sunday and salt on the fries. The cashier looked at me like did I really miss out on what I had ordered. And the other associate vouched for me that I had ordered those things. So the first attendant asked me if I brought back the fries I said he’s but they are in the same box as the chicken strips. She asked me to bring it in. So I went to my car and grabbed the box and she tossed the strips and fries… And said it was policy and for me new fries strips and gravy and I waited a long time for the fresh fries and had to ask again for the Sunday. There was never any apology for my waisted time or gas just an obvious aura (feeling in the air) that it was much more important for the establishment for to not get scammed out of food then to provide food customer service. …

It’s a dairy queen. Same as the rest. Service was good, place is clean. Prices are stupid expensive though. But hubby loves his peanut buster parfait so we go as a treat now and then.
