Went there last night through the drive thru and one of the employees continued to close the window when I tried to ask for something. (A lid, as the lid that was on the drink had no straw hole). I wasnt rude, I was the first car in the drive thru and there was no one in the dining area. They were not slammed at all. It take 2 seconds to replace a lid or grab a new one. The staff there may need a little more training on customer service.

We went here to eat inside tonight as a family. Took about 10mins to have our order taken at the counter.
Finally ordered, then we waited 30 mins before I walked up to the counter to see what was going on. The same girl with long braids tried to take my order again and I said I was just waiting for my food. She said oh, we are just waiting for your fries. Our burgers were clearly sitting there never being put on a tray.
I saw several orders go out the drive thru and 5 minutes later the girl calls back to the kitchen “these people have been waiting 40 minutes where are their fries?”
I asked for my money back and that took another 10 mins! Not even an apology, an excuse, nothing! Just handed me the cash and walked away. The drive thru moves but don’t come inside or you’ll be ignored and forgotten. Never coming back.

At the drive through today I was appalled at the state of the restaurant through the window. So much so that I got food elsewhere and through the DQ food away because I wasn’t comfortable eating from the place. The floor had garbage all over, it looked dirty like it never gets swept or mopped. The drive through window itself was incredibly dirty. Their ice cream machine had old ice cream dripping off all the sides, and the shelving right inside the window that they set food on was filthy. I was the only person in line at the time and waited almost ten minutes for a cheeseburger and fries. I looked in the bag and the grease from the burger had soaked through the wrapper and the paper bag, and the fries were thrown in the bag upside down, and the napkins were crinkled up and thrown in making them look used. I’ve never seen a restaurant look so filthy from just the drive through window. I certainly wont ever be returning.

Very disappointing. Waited forever for order. Not sure it was correct. We ate it and left.
Someone in the back brought strawberries out, spilled them on floor.
Took forever to clean them up. People at counter was able to see them.
Very unorganized.
I won’t be back and will not recommend this Dairy queen to anyone.

We walked into the Silverton store at 3:00 pm on Tuesday. About 5 minutes later a young man came to the counter, looked at myself, partner and 3 kids and said “I am officially off the clock!” At that point, he turned and left the counter. We waited, probably another 2 or 3 minutes and he returned.
He took our order and we sat down.
There was one other table seated and one small group arriving. No cars active in the drive at this time, although I’m sure some came thru as we were waiting. We waited approximately 1/2 hour and, ultimately, I went back behind the counter to find someone. There were 2 girls near the drive thru window; standing, talking. I asked how our order was coming. They didn’t think they had an order for us. At that point I saw the screen with our order on it and showed her. She said “oh, ok, we’ll work on that right now”.
We never saw the server again. One of the girls delivered our order to the table, apologizing profusely for forgetting us.
We arrived at 3:00, were served at 4:15ish. I would have left, but didn’t want to create a fuss in front of our grandchildren.
Is this even possible?’ How do they stay in business?!!!!!

One of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. We ordered 2 combos, one small cheeseburger and one extra fry to go along with it. They gave us a Pepsi instead of Dr Pepper. They completely forgot the extra fry and cheeseburger and looked very upset when we asked about it. Upon receiving the extra fry, it was the wrong size. They sat around and flirted with each other while we waited. And they also charged us the wrong prices. Just an absolute joke of a restaurant.

Ordered food.. seemed like they can take an order, and forget to give a customer food without making sure all of my food was in the bag… needed to back track into the drive way just to ask for the rest of my purchase.. probably not focused on customers, but conversations that might make it complicated to fill orders correctly.

Spent $35.⁰⁰, in the order was 2 chicken strip baskets, I said gravy for both. When we realized there no was gravy, went back inside was told, “we are out.”
Very upsetting. Fries and chicken were cold too. Wife’s burger and bun felt and tasted like it was sitting in the warmer.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK!
