When you go to a chain like DQ, you expect a baseline standard of how the experience will go and today’s experience exceeding that baseline. However, what really touched my heart is the wall my family was sitting by. Right in front of me was all the DQ sponsored teams that this location has been involved in. As a small business owner myself, this deserves my respect! This is small business and community involvement. Good job on the food and thank you for being involved in your community!

One of the best DQs around. Very friendly and great food and portions. While most places charge $2 or more to upgrade from fries to onion rings they only charge $.50 small or $.99 large.
Update: This DQ continues to impress, and remains one of the best DQs in the area and my go to when I want a blizzard or peanut buster parfait or chicken strips or……well you get the point (best onion rings I’ve found pretty much anywhere). The inside has been renovated and updated and the employees really strive to provide great service. Yes, sometimes it takes awhile to get your food, but that’s because they make it fresh when you order, not grabbed from under a heat lamp. And for portion sizes I have yet to find a DQ anywhere that provides larger portions. The only caveat I have is that they do seem understaffed at times when they are really busy, but they hustle and try to make do. The outside bathroom isn’t the best either, but it’s kinda hard to really supervise that when it’s outside around the corner. If they could somehow incorporate the bathroom to inside that would be great.
Keep up the good work guys!!

The drive through is crazy, but food and service are great so the run down small town inaccessible feel is doable.

It’s Dairy Queen. Unfortunately when I visited the chocolate ice cream was low in the machine so my twist cone was predominantly vanilla. Still tasted great.

The Philomath Dairy Queen is mediocre, but the staff is quite friendly and eager to please. My blizzard was not as thick as I have had at other DQs. The restroom is tiny, no seat covers, toilet paper is too narrow to act as seat cover, and NO PAPER TOWELS. Next time, I will wait and go to the DQ in Toledo.

The wife and I each had a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink. The wife didn’t want onions and pickles and I did. Order came out right. Food and service were great. The only complaint is the restrooms are nasty dirty. Need some major cleaning or just need to be redone.

when me and my family goes there.I stopped ordering a burger’s that has tomato and lettuce on it.Because it’s really nasty, it looks like it’s 3 or 4 days old lettuce and tomato other than that. The food’s really good

I’m used to getting good food and service here. But the last few times the food has gone downhill and so has the service. My chicken is… squishy… and doesn’t taste good at all. And I waited in the drive up for a long time at the second window.

The restroom (which is built into the outside of the building, at the back) had no light and no toilet paper. My friends ordered food that didn’t come for a super-long time. They got no apology. There’s a clock visible from the dining room that apparently needs a battery; the same time showed all the while we were there. That tells you all you need to know about this place.
