Not impressed by anything. It took 35 minutes to get us our food. The hamburger patty looked and tasted like it had been cooked three times. The only thing that was good was the fries. The restaurant itself was in disarray. The staff was slower than two stones sloths.

They not only messed up our order and were so incredibly rude about it. The lady came out and threw chicken strips in my car because she messed up. I was in the food industry for 20 years and that attitude and that persona is absolutely unacceptable for any environment

I wanna give a big shout out to Mike working around 2pm. The customer service this guy provided me was above average. I couldn’t see pricing right and he was able to point it out. Very knowledgeable. He was super friendly and helpful. Super patient with me cause I had to two boys rushing for ice cream Thanks making a great Monday

1/27 2026 4:13PM. As we were walking in, a departing customer said to us “the employees in there are very unprofessional.” Upon entering the building, 2 employees were seated on the customer side of the service counter talking loudly with a male friend of the crew who was seated across the aisle. Throughout our meal, there was a lot of laughing and loud talking between the employees and their friend – very annoying! I made my complaint known to a female who seemed to be the lead employee, asking the name of the manager? She thought it was Mike, but she did not know when he would be available. Dining area very cold, 60 degrees according to the thermometer. While the food was good, the atmosphere made the experience much less than acceptable.

I waiting 30-45 mins for my food it looked as if no one worked at this store no one was at the window when I pulled up to then wait 5 mins to pay and then have to wait another 20 mins for my food. A young lady with dark/black hair in a ponytail and not in uniform was on her phone texting and not serving customers although I could see other orders on the screen through the window and there was 2-3 other cars behind me. Overall it seems this staff is not doing there jobs and are just playing on there phones instead of serving customers.

Just don’t buy from dairy queen anymore. Every single location is terrible. The people who own this place should be ashamed of the food they are proving. Dairy queen should be ashamed too and do something about these terrible franchise owners that clearly don’t have a clue about running a business. Let alone in the food industry.

The food prep area was disgusting and absolutely not up to code. The whole place smelled like rotten milk and the bathrooms were almost unusable. I’m shocked this place is open, I’ve seen abandoned buildings in better repair. Very concerning experience.

Took about 20 minutes or more to get four blizzard and when we did finally get them or New York strawberry cheesecake literally had two strawberries in the entire thing and no syrup. It was the worst I’ve ever had.

Sebastian and Lily were on staff when I came in late after a shift of my own around 11pm. Systems were slow and down but the staff was incredibly friendly during the wait and exceeded my expectations of customer service during a difficult time. They adapted quickly and made sure the waiting line was taken care of while juggling immature patrons ahead of me. Very responsible staff and made my night with their positive and lighthearted attitude despite it all !

Good icecream but man there short changing you so bad like 2 mediums and they are both only about ⅔ of the cup ful….bummer.. I been getting blizzards for the last like 2 weeks almost straight and this was a huge disappointment.
