Showed up at 7:40pm on Monday when operating hours state they are open until 10pm and they were closed with no vehicles in their parking lot. I understand at times closing a couple minutes early when there is no activity, but over 2 hours early is unacceptable. Update your operating hours or staff your business for the hours you have listed.

Every time I stop no matter what time of day their machine is down or they are out of ice cream. How can you be an ice cream place and never serve ice cream? Don’t even bother to stop here. Poor management and owners that either can’t maintenance their machines or order correctly. Either way, worst place ever. They should just close their doors.

So…Google shows open til 10. The open sign on the building was on. It said drive through was open. However…I was told that the kitchen closes early on Thursdays for maintenance??? Everything says open…but the employee says they are closed. Make up your mind! Lol! Too bad I wasted a half hour drive for a blizzard…that I didn’t get.

Just walked up with my 4 kids to get ice cream and lights are off 8:14pm when they close at 10pm on Saturdays and employees are smoking vape pens outside telling us the ice cream machine is not working so they closed. Seems like a common 1 star review excuse that they use. Unfortunately for management and owners to lose out on revenue on a holiday weekend cant be good for business. I notice the “owner” response to every review but doesn’t seem to actually care or make any changes. Times are sure different now adays and its unfortunate.

I see a lot of negative reviews on here and I just wanted to put out here that this was not our experience. The staff was friendly and fun, the food came out fast and hot, the restaurant was clean. I almost didn’t want to come in because of the reviews, but they’re wrong the staff we had are awesome.

What Dairy Queen runs out of chocolate ice cream. The staff wasn’t very friendly, the cook was wearing a backwards baseball cap and chewing gum leaning over the counter, tables were not very clean. I would expect more from a food chain like DQ. Not to mention the ice cream cones were overpriced.

Tried to order through door dash, waited an hour for them to even confirm the order at all, which never happened. Wasn’t exactly pleased with that result after an entire day of driving.

No restroom here. The food wasn’t great. They were very stingy with fries. Each of our meals had a crazy small amount of fries, very annoying. The ice cream machine was down when we were there which was disappointing for my kids. I thought this would be an easy place to go with kids. I was wrong.

They were out of several things and said the burner for the dip cone chocolate was broken. I ordered a blizzard and was given a fork! When I asked for a spoon they said they are out of spoons!!!
