My husband ordered us blizzards tonight on Door Dash and I must say, whoever made our blizzards did a fantastic job!! Usually I might have cookies in the top quarter of my blizzard, maybe half. Tonight there was cookie throughout and my hubby had m & m throughout as well! This person needs a raise! This was the most satisfying blizzards we’ve ever had!

Worst dairy queen ever. Served a cold burger hard cheese, with the pickles loose in the paper wrapping, then a barely flavored blizzard. The cake batter flavor was basically vanilla with sparse sprinkling. Even for high schoolers serving fast food, this was really bad. The manager even overheard me kindly telling the cashier that my burger was cold. I still ate it because I don’t like wasting food and I’ve worked in the industry for over twenty years so I know how hard it can be, but they could’ve offered me fries or something at the least. Will not be back to this location.

Service was quick enough. Ordered the 7 cheeseburger meal, which came out very quick. I can see why.. Fries were lukewarm and had been sitting awhile, you could almost taste the hardening fry grease while chewing. Burger was very obviously cooked ahead of time and appeared to have been microwaved to get it hot for serving as meat was steaming hot and so were the pickles on top of it. Even the mustard and ketchup were warm. At least the sundae was made fresh

Cheese curds are my go to here. Always delicious. Staff needs to learn to actually listen though. Husband wanted hot fudge on his sundae and they put chocolate syrup instead.

Have stopped at this location twice in the last 2 weeks and they have claimed they were closed. Tonight it was 9:38 pm. Last week it was 9:30ish. The hours online say 10pm. That is horrible customer service. Very disappointed

I’m really not the kind of person to complain about my food, but this last visit made for a very disappointing dinner. I got the chicken tender box and my more than half my chicken was just overcooked breading, my fries were cold and the toast wasn’t very toast-y. Last time was fantastic, and the customer service is always on point. For the price though– I would rather not waste so much food.

What ever you need to cool down on a hot day is located here. All your favorite treats, from the classics, to new and innovative. The blizzards are a must have in too many flavors to mention. The chicken strip basket is about the best in town for the money. Delivery is available. ❄️
