I haven’t been to DQ in months. The new guy I believe his name is Kobe, had Wonderful attitude and positive energy. He told me what was the best items on the menu. Definitely recommend going. Amazing energy.

First time at this DQ. The line wasn’t too long, but the order completions were slow. I just wanted a triple scoop sundae to satisfy my sweet tooth. But, it seems the scoops for the sundaes aren’t as generous as they used to be. It was still good but portions could’ve been bigger.

The worst experience I’ve had with a Dairy Queen. They serve my family congealed gravy. They do not answer the phone. I couldn’t eat any of my food- I wanted to fully refund this meal and get something elsewhere but they said I couldn’t do it the next day. I decided to cook dinner the night that this happened. What a poor experience. They never get our order right even if we go pickup our food or if we get it delivered.
This experience was by far the worst when the cashier was shouting over me to talk to somebody behind me. She took the persons order who was behind me while I stood in front of her. She then walked away to make the order for that customer when I was waiting in front of her. I was only there to pickup a mobile order that was supposed to be ready when I walked in. Somebody else came to the counter and asked what I needed. They almost have my sundaes to the person behind me. When the cashier finally handed my food to me, that’s when I realized my order was sitting in front of me for 17 minutes under the chicken warmer while I waited in line. I know food bags are not supposed to be there…
The app already told me my food was ready but they were too busy talking to other customers and making jokes to take my order and get my food to me, I’m sure that’s also why they didn’t answer the phone when I called multiple times. I’m disappointed with the poor service provided by this restaurant all around.

It’s been a long while since we’ve been to a DQ – great memories. We got a coupon so we made the trek accross town to t ge closest Dary Queen. The food was good but the lady behind the counter did not seem thrilled to be there or to see us. My questions (because the menu differed from the one on line) seemed to irritate her. We still enjoyed ourselves and had a great time though.

I decided to go to Dairy Queen today for lunch for free cone day. Two stars only because the ice cream was delicious and FREE. My actual food was disappointing. They just threw my food in the box as shown in the photo plus, my fries were undercooked still had that raw potato taste. My chicken tenders were not crispy, they look crispy but they were soggy, how? My toasts were soggy. $10 meal looked like a $5 meal. Customer service was VERY BAD at the drive thru. The team member had bad communication. Go to the Henderson location, they never let you down!

I ordered a burger combo that included dessert for $7. The sundae and drink were the best part of the meal. Burger was swimming in ketchup and mustard so had them remake it. Fries were lukewarm and stale.
They finally got rid of the lobby soda fountain that didn’t work and opened access to the side door.
Lots of employees for how slow the store was.

Horrible. They had a line of people at the drive thru. The place is open until 11pm it was 10:10pm and they were actively ignoring the line of 5 cars so they could close early. You would think if the place says open till x amount of time they would stay open till x amount of time

Came here once a week as it was near my house I recently went and experienced horrible customer service by a woman at the window who had tattoos. Her attitude was very nasty won’t be coming here again.
