Unfortunately attention to detail is not there at this location. Twice in one week I’ve attempted to purchase a box of the 6 pack dilly bars, for my household. Only to receive on both orders, a single dilly bar, but Dairy Queen charged me for the 6 pack dilly bars.
Is everyone in my house hold suppose to lick one dilly ice cream bar? Do you not inform your customers that you don’t have said items available?

The staff is very rude.

Then one of the staff came to take our plates.

We told her we were not finished yet and she told us to leave the plates on the table.

I just left there at 1845PM , me and my husband and our daughter were trying to order ice cream. I told the female employee with green eyes I wanted the Oreo hot cocoa blizzard and was told that you guys don’t have that anymore. I told her that we had gotten it in the past and why they can’t make it now all of a sudden and didn’t think it would be an issue. I asked her why they can’t make it and she said we maybe could. Then she said she would charge me extra for all the time start go in it. And I told her you know what that’s fine. I’ll hustle go to the Dairy Queen off Montana cuz over there no one ever tells me they can’t make something neither hit me with extra charges like it’s a punishment or something. Will definitely not be going back and will also not recommend.

It was Tuesday 7/21/2025 and we couldn’t decide what to eat for dinner. So, we are thinking something delicious and cheap. Then we think Taco Tuesday!! 1$ tacos sounds good but they are 2$ each. So basically for an order of 3 tacos you get 1$ off. Not so great special! We ordered 3 orders of tacos for the family. When we were in line our son called us to get him a cheeseburger. So we tell the cashier at the window if we can add a hunger buster with cheese. She gave us a look like she just sniffed some fresh crap!! Like it was such a big deal. We waited 5 min for the burger and came home. The burger was the only descent food we got. The fries were cold and hard the taco shells were stale and chewy. The ground beef tasted gross like it was old and even the tomatoes tasted funky in the tacos! I would give no stars if I could. The worst Taco Tuesday ever!! Thanks DQ!!

Came here today just for that famous Dairy Queen vanilla soft serve ice cream. I’ve enjoyed since I was a kid in the 70’s. Today My Son and I ordered cones– one plain and one chocolate-dipped. Everything was good except my cone was kind of chipped in a couple of places. Oh well . . . I ate it anyway! 😉

Had an issue with cold food then received a validation code to get my food compt and Sergio (said he was “the” manager) was not going to give me the free meal. His bad customer service came across from beginning of our conversation. He said they don’t give people free food when they complain online and when I told him he just lost a customer, he said okay no problem but I guess at that point he wanted to hand me the bad with the meal because he realized I was going to complain not only on my first experience with free food but my second experience not getting good service and having a man that doesn’t care anything about loyal customers. In between he was gossiping with a man and a woman (workers) about my situation while I was sitting and waiting in drive thru. In all honesty someone who doesn’t care about loosing 1 or 10 customers is in the wrong field!

Went for a oreo blizzard which I did not ask for a chocolate flavored one, but I said to myself, it probably just a mistake. I decided to take it anyways. This what I received, the ice cream was already melting by the time I received it, the cashier didn’t even flip the damn thing knowing it was melting, never again visiting this location.
