When you order a jalitos ranch burger and they forget the burger part of the hamburger, was really looking forward to it, drive out west to this awesome discovery (big back me) was in a rage but calmed down ate the frys ,Then i decided to call the store, After a call to the store zero attempt to fix the issue was evident, fixing the issue was in a galaxy far away from ever happening since it was closing time (understand) , but interesting was the response “sorry we are humans we make mistakes” , yeah sure we do but forgetting the hamburger patty in a hamburger would definitely be a issue. She didn’t like it and hung up.

Ask Faith in dairy Queen’s ability to make a blizzard because the last 10 times that I’ve been actually for the last couple years their blizzards suck they never put enough candy in there and I even pay extra every time I tell him to put two times extra candy on her I’ll pay the price I don’t care

Angela is the rudest person I’ve had to deal with in awhile. If you and your team mess up an part of my order and its a 30+ minute round trip back to the restaurant then, yes you should definitely remake my entire order not argue with me about how cold/fresh my food is.

U love diary queen but this location constantly forgets some of the ingredients that com with the royals cheesecake blast specifically the cheesecake pieces ! It is so good put when we pay for extra pieces and then there’s none it’s so upsetting and when we stopped choosing extra pieces they still didn’t put any in there not even the ones that come with it regularly I’m not sure if they probably don’t have the pieces b if that’s so they should make a sign or take it off the menue on DoorDash because people are wasting their money we are for sure so please diary queen do better

Nice staff. Typical dairy Queen. Well, almost. This dairy queen only has chocolate soft serve ice cream like once a week or once s month something like that. So literally thr only chocolate u get is chocolate shell on your ice cream. Literally not one single establishment in odessa texas offers REAL soft serve chocolate ice cream.
Some places have that non dairy chocolate ice that they try to substitute as chocolate ice cream. But there’s no cream in it so it’s like basically frozen hot chocolate that somebody made with water instead of milk.
I feel bad that the people in this town have never really probably even experienced real soft serve chocolate ice cream…..so sad.
