Great service when I placed my order. Quick and no hassle. Time from ordering to receiving the ice cream wasn’t too long since their drive thru was busy. They were able to get orders for both in a timely manner. The chocolate Choco brownie extreme tasted great and hit the spot.

When I was at DQ I got non spicy chicken tenders and they gsve me spicy, and most of tge drinks had to much carbonation or wasn’t working I had to settle with sweet tea and big red dyed nice ice cream dip was good but over all 2 stars

Took my grandbabies to have dinner, we walk up and the lady at the counter looking at me and my grandbabies with distaste, no welcoming greeting nor smile, but I still continue placing my order she hands us our cups, they go to fill their drinks up and she is literally looking at them like they are going to break the Coke machine. I knew i should have just walked out and gone somewhere else but my grandkids were excited to have dairy Queen. We go sit down, the same lady that took her order came and just dropped our food on the table and walked away. I’m trying to be nice and cheerful not rude and mean in front of my grandkids. my granddaughter opens up her bag of chicken tenders and her gravy was spilled inside the bag, my granddaughter said it was okay she wasn’t going to eat her gravy, she said maybe the lady was just having a bad day. Well this lady just turned my good day into a bad day just coming here, my burger was slightly cold, french fries weren’t fresh. Anyways She was excited for her free dairy Queen cone so we went up there and we placed the order, another customer comes in they place an order next thing I know the lady in the back is yelling number three we were number one, well she got her Sundae she walked out and we were still standing there waiting for my granddaughters cone. So I approached the counter where the lady yelled number three and I asked her how long was it going to be for my ice cream cone and she told me how rude can you be. I told her I wouldn’t be rude if I would have gotten my order first I felt that I was skipped. So she literally made me an ice cream cone that just had a dollop of ice cream on it not the pretty ones that they make. I was going to return it but my granddaughter saw her ice cream cone and she was all excited over it so I just handed it to her and just walked out with the intention of never coming back in here again. If you’re not happy working at dairy Queen then you should go work somewhere, instead of being there with a sourpuss face greeting customers.

Ordered an XL Chili Cheese dog and chili cheese fries. They mess up and give a small chili dog, no cheese and Texas size chili cheese fries and tell me they “can’t” fix my order. Finally they attempt to fix my order but get it wrong again, roll their eyes when I tell them it’s still wrong. They finally fix it, but I’m questioning whether to eat it now or not. Most uncomfortable meal to eat. What kind of customer service is this?

The food was complete trash. So much for our son choosing DQ for his birthday dinner. He couldn’t even chew the chicken strips, and we had to wait almost 40 minutes to be served trash food.

Is this really how dairy Queen serves ice cream now? completely melted. Very disappointed as well as large Sunday seems like 1 pump of hot fudge. I asked heavier set black women(not racial didn’t get name) no offense. For more chocolate knowing your taking our money and had attitude. Stop making ice cream prior to them coming to window to prevent this from happening.
Another worker said please check order they been messing up a lot and playing in the back. This is very sad to hear from employees.
Will not be coming back.

Went through the drive thru at 10:50pm and ordered a “number 3”. The lady taking my order did not ask for a drink or ask if I wanted a meal she instead said “what else”. I had to tell her I want a drink with that and I want the meal. I also had to tell her I wanted a large because she did not ask. I then ordered a taco salad for my pregnant wife and ordered a side of large fries because I know it doesn’t come with fries. We get to the window and she’s making our drinks with no gloves on with very long fingernails . The whole time we are sitting there waiting for the food we can hear and see associates running around and yelling. She then gives us our food and right when we get home there are no fries in the bag. Maybe if they weren’t playing around they would’ve gave our order out correctly. Called up there multiple times no answer. I don’t know where the manager is but they need work on running a shift. Will not be going back We basically got ripped off. Girls name on the receipt is Cassidy.

I ordered a chili cheese dog. The “dog” was not even close to the length of the bun. I got very few onions and they are RED onions at that!! In Ga, the DQs serve sweet onions diced and you get a lot of chili, cheese and onions and tour dog FITS the bun!
