Came to get my kids a treat after school. Horrible experience. The chicken tenders were burnt. The fries were old and stale. Ordered a Beltbuster (supposed to be 2 patties) and it came out with only 1 patty… and the burger was dry as a boot. Ordered chili and cheese on the fries and had the smallest amount on top as possible without making them a normal order of fries. Very disappointing after spending $40 on 2 meals and 2 blizzards.

If I could give zero stars I would, I started an order and the employee taking my order asked that I pulled up to the window when I wasn’t done ordering and when I pulled up the employee had his back turned to me while talking to his manager pointing back at me and they had me waiting for a good 5-10 minutes. I am very unsatisfied with the service

I don’t ever say anything bad but I had to this time. Ice was spilled on the floor. The girl at the counter was told. It stayed wet for forty minutes. I know that because it it took that long to get our food. Then when I got back in the car I realized they had given me the wrong food. Won’t be stopping there again.

Ordered through the drive through and the gal got it wrong, so we parked and I went in. The gentlemen working there replaced my blizzard with no hesitation. This gave me a chance to see the restaurant inside, and it was by far one of the nicest Dairy Queens I have been in. Very modern looking and clean. The Blizzard was a Oreo CheeseQuake and the cheesecake tasted fresh and made the blizzard that much more enjoyable. Usually the ones I get have the cheesecake old and not that great. Will definitely make this a favorite Dairy Queen!
