All the workers were on their phones and took 15 mins just to come and take our order. It’s took another 45 minutes just to get some fries, a burger, and a chili dog. Not to mention there was a long hair in my food and none of the workers were wearing hairnets.

Went into the store to pick up a mobile order. All staff was high, the kid that checked us out was so high he over charged me, so the manager had to come do my credit. Several other kids were there and everyone one of them were high as well. Sad to see something like that in a small town!!

Staff were rude. I asked for my ice cream to be on hold until I ate my lunch. They ice cream arrived with my food. Extras ordered were not added. My mom said thank you and cashiers response was “mh “. Not appropriate. Haven’t ate at Dairy Queen in years, this was a very disappointing encounter.

I been going here years and never have i ever waited 15 minutes for 1 burger. I was at the drive thru, and they told me to go on the side. So I did and waited so long. Five minutes a black woman came and told me what I have, and she laughed and said, “Oh shit this ain’t your shit.”
Now I sat in my car and looked at her as she walked away and was like, “This is the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. Who speaks that way?
When I finally got my food I went home and my wife was angry. The bun was hard, and the meat was too. It tasted old like it was kept warm in the warmer for hours before being used. The tomatoes were the end of the tomato, and that made her mad, too. The food was cold. The only thing that was good was the fries. Oh, and the blizzard.
I recommend they trained their staff correctly on night shift. And staff more people. Tell your drive thru girl to stop taking so many orders and to multi-task. Everyone was taking their time.

I should go there and trained them. I don’t recommend going here after 4:30pm thats shift change.

The employees ignored us when we only wanted to buy 4 snow cones. We spoke to the employees who were 7 feet away and they didn’t even look at us. An employee walked by us and went to the bathroom. We also spoke to her and she ignored us.
