Stopped in for a quick lunch. The service was ok. Not friendly out welcome at all. The burger was decent, the fries were cold and inedible. The dining room was clean sans the patio outside was very nice. Doing think I’ll return.

Not giving a 3 stars because of the food. I’m giving 3 stars because of the order taker. I believe her name was Aneshia or that’s what it says on the receipt. Well, I worked a long shift where I already had to deal with customers myself and wanted to get DQ for once but the order taker had an attitude when taking my order. I gave my order without incident but her attitude irks me and something needs to be done if I am to come back to DQ. Once again, good food but Aneshia needs an attitude adjustment.

I had a very disappointing experience with the manager during my visit. When my order was missing fries, instead of addressing the issue quickly, she accused me of lying and held up other customers while reviewing video footage. She later claimed she saw the fries in the bag, but could not provide proof when asked.
What should have been a quick stop after football practice turned into a 20-minute ordeal. I understand mistakes happen, but the situation could have been resolved much faster and with better customer service. A simple acknowledgment and replacement would have gone a long way.

The lady working the window couldn’t get off the phone long enough to get our order right! Contessa. Store # DT-53. My burger was cold and I asked for no onions! Wanted a triple and received a single. Tater tots cold. The worst burger I have ever had! Will not go back to DQ!!!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a Jr double cheeseburger with cheese and mustard only meal. They gave me a flattened burger that looked like it had been stepped on with no cheese. I told them about it and they made me pay extra for the cheese that’s already supposed to be only there. I was upset and the crew acted like I was the one with the problem. Unprofessional and very rude. Just about what I’d expect in Texas. Don’t waste your money here.

Yesterday we waited 10 minutes in line to get to the speaker box to order.. when I got there I waited another 8 minutes before realizing they weren’t going to take my order in a timely manner. Wasn’t worth waiting another possible 20 minutes for 2 steak fingers a small order of fries and a dipped cone. Don’t go there, Western Street location is a bust.

Ordered dipped cone and hot fudge Sunday with peanuts. Neither was good. Surprised that you could mess up a dipped cone, but it happened. The chocolate was so thin, it didn’t solidify and just dropped down the cone. The hot fudge Sunday had very little fudge and the peanuts were so salty we could hardly eat it. Had to scrape them off. Drive through person had attitude and not friendly at all. Wo t be back. So sad.
