Never seen tacos at a dairy queen. They were the best fast food tacos ever! Sons chicken tenders were served hot too. Service was friendly and efficient!

I just don’t understand how this place allows all of their employees to walk around serving food and ice cream and not one employee is wearing a hair net. Another thing, the cashiers handling money and not one washed their hands before returning to serve food!

There was only 1 car ahead of me and I waited in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes. I only ordered a blizzard.
When I got to the window, 4 employees were just standing there … some on their phone.
I received my blizzard and drove off. It wasn’t until I almost got home that I realized that the few toppings it had had not been mixed it properly as only the top 1/4 has a small amount of toppings and bottom didn’t.
I paid extra for pecans and it only had a couple.

Either Dairy Queen needs to update their speaker and headset system, or make it to where they do mandatory ear cleaning so that my order can be heard right. Next time I’ll just write my order down on a post it note and hand deliver to them so they can understand something

The food and ice cream is good. I gave it 4 stars, because the speaker at the drive-thru is too low to speak in. The employee at the window has a hard time hearing orders because of other vehicles behind you and the traffic. Even if you turn off your vehicle to order, it is still does not help much. Could you please try to update the speaker? Thanks

Please adjust your online listed hours. We drove in on a Saturday evening at 1030pm and found no service at the drive through. The posted hours state closing is 11pm.

Was in drive thru for over 20 min for food. When we tried ordering at 910pm the cashier said without any professional courtesy Kitchens Closed.
We thought we heard incorrectly and asked to repeat, cashier pretended he didnt hear and asked us to repeat twice. He fumbled and then made a half hearted excuse that it’s too hot in the kitchen.
